I asked my parents and they told me Cambodia has many dialects. If you look at how she dress, it's a "pnong" language. Pnong meaning Indian or native indian people like here in the states.

i may be wrong as well, but i think khmer leou and khmer surin are different? i read that khmer leou refer to the native mountain tribes living in the highlands bordering our countries. khmer surin are khmer people that live in province of surin where thai took control thus kinda have a bit of influence on speaking (accent) and other things. *shrugs*

mixed-raced cambodian. however just 4 comparison & 4 comparison ONLY all the oldies female singers had phnom-penh accent.

again whether they have phnom-penh accent or not aint matter. there are slightly different accents in cambodia.
