It's completely random wether the opponent drops the Silver X or not. I got it with hitomi and Helena after 4 kills. With Tina I reached 15+ kills quite a few times and never got any..

@finlandyashagirl play survival mode until an opponent you defeat drops the silver xbox item. that should unlock all costumes. you can also change the colors of character costumes by pressing x when the costume is highlighted.

OHHHH!!!!!!! You must have been extremely pised off when that failed, get a silver xbox and click your heels four times while saying I want costumes four Doa 3. Man, always be very sure you see people on video's unlock things a surtain way before following mumbo jumbo instructions like that, especially when it requires a big purchase like a silver xbox. It sounds like who ever told you that was pulling a prank on you. Well, at least you got another xbox.

No, not all have 4 she only showed the 1's that have new outfits Hitomi has 5 Tina Hayate and Jann Lee have 3, they don't have that much outfits and none for Ayane :( Doa2 Doau 1&2, XBV, and X2 have more outfits than 3 or 4.

if you have the european edition of the game, all these costumes are included and you can unlock most of them in survival mode by picking up the "silver xbox" item

its a big X for xbox, u can mention it, its diffirent from all the other items, when i used to play doa 3 it appared sometimes after beatin 3 persons only and another times i had to beat 25 or more, so i think its random when its gonna appear...

Umm its a disc that you could use to unlock more of the outfits. Its was released on an Xbox game magazine years ago. You could buy that issue from the xbox magazine site but its just for a few of the outfits.

yes you do... you'll have to play storymode or time attack... time attack is for hitomi, bayman, and tengu, if you unlocked them already. you can also use the other characters too but you just have to change the hard/normal/easy/ level.for the girls mostly you start out with easy, getting costumes it'll be up to cos. 5...i think the guys dont have as much costumes than the girls..

No I think its definatly for both. They made a platinum hits for DOA4 but theyre exactly the same so same goes. Although there was a booster disc sold with the Xbox magazine for some of the outfits so you cant get them all without that.

Play survival mode until you collect a silver Xbox. Its actauly only that one costume but when you press x when you select the outfit it will appear in the other colour. Hope you get it.

Yeah it always takes a long time until you get one, but that doesnt realy matter by the number of people you defeat so it doesnt mean you have it play it all the time.

Complete ''Time Attack Mode'' under 6 minutes with Ein. His 3rd costume is his shirtless and red pants from DOA 2 Hardcore. Hope it works for you, because it didnt work for me but maybe I did it wrong. Please tell me if it works or not

To unlock Ein from Dead Or Alive 2, finish Story Mode with every character. After the final credits roll (save the game byentering and exiting the Options Menu) go into Survival Mode with Hayate and play so you can put your name in the rankings (minimum three victories). While at the ranking screen, enter EIN as the name. You will unlock Ein playable in every mode except Story Mode, and you'll also unlock a Random Character Select feature

I know its almost impossible and a bit rare for an silver Xbox to come up, maybe it might work if you use tag team (with the person you want the outfit for) and it will be easier to keep on fighting till you do get the silver Xboxes.

The booster disc came out in the xbox magazine a bit after DOA3 came out. I cant find it on the the internet anywhere but i just thought if you go on the xbox magazine site you can order that issue. I tried looking on now but the sites underconstruction. 123malo321 (the comment before you posted this one) had trouble with getting hitomi in doau2, but I think he got it I dont own that game so I dont know....but im positive that 123malo321 knows now, ask him.
