I always enjoy Jay and Bach!! And yes, it's true, keeping up with the latest fitness crazes alone can be tiring. But I can breathe easy knowing that Jay has a multiplicity of fitness solutions that fit him to a T! He is, truly, a most wonderful, beautiful, fluffy cat! You didn't mention his exercise routine consisting of kick boxing and punching any 'human' who annoys him, as we saw in his last video. I think that work-out more than anything else keeps Jay fit and in good spirits.

Jay is absolutely, breathtakingly beautiful....who doesn't love his free spirit and strong opinions?

I know you are good butlers for your cat (and others too)..... we do all these exercises every day, my Nikki forces me to do that !! Kathi makes her yoga alone, also the washing of her fur, she has extreme short hair, but Nikki is flushy and needs to be brushed. A very nice video, great !!

@DrNworb ~ I would have to agree. They are my 2 senior citizens! 11 & 12 1/2 years old. Mother & daughter as well & so much alike. I could not live my life without a cat. They are my pride & joy, my strength every day!! Your cats are so beautiful!! Maine coons are one of my favorites!!

Now THAT is a great exercise program. Too bad you missed the running up the tree part but I think I prefer the relaxed tone of this exercise program.
