...one thing I love with music is accidentally finding someone i'd missed. I like this tune and his style... it reminds me a lot of a track from Nine's cd I think from 1995... ok just checking my music... yes, the Nine track is called "Ta Rass" from his "Nine Lives" cd.

I was originally googling DJ Dave the Ruff because I remembered he'd mixed the Beastie Boys "Intergalactic" with Timm Dogg's "Fxck Compton" track, then got sidetracked by this recommendation :)

thank you SO much for posting this...i've been searching for this tune since tim westwood played in in '96. and since search engines can't help you if you just hum the tune and i only had a tiny bit of the lyrics to go on....13 years later i've found it!....awesome tune that's just so much better than most rap out now
