Too many kids taken from homes, put into foster homes.. and when foster parents give up on the poor kids they get shipped from one home to another and another until they are legal adults. It'd be nice for everyone who gets knocked up to stick with it and raise you kids, and do it right! then there would be no need for CAS in the first place.
