Plus emmitions from jet fuel was banned because of damaging the ozone they started putting aditives in the fuel to stop it contrail only stays in the sky for a couple of minutes and dosent expand and form dusty sky and wisps and contrails start at around 30,000 feet these are about 10,000 feet and trails only form in the air if its cold but dont stay long you see planes at the same height and not doing anything and others are making thick trails bio war weather minipulation etc etc it goes on.
