They will give your child living skills." Dr. Amos' children are wealthy and attend private school and live at home with her.

She filed false documents with the courts to say that I encouraged my son to be violent towards them and then falsified my words twisted them to only include the word "sheep" simply making up 99.99% of it. The staff at Youth Villages are filled with sick, inexperienced, immature children-most of which just want a promotion or have angst against their own company and staff. I was waiting for my ride outside, and sat in the grass near a tree trunk kind of looking up at the clouds. My back hurt. I was emotionally devastated having just had my children kidnapped first by their father, then the state. The CPS worker walked out and pretended to be nice to me. She then wrote in a report that I was "lying spread eagle near the highway." I was not.

@LynRuiz as for Youth Villages... Childhood treatment centers are the worst thing for children. They dehumanize, brainwash, and isolate the child from family. Families have never been perfect. We cannot save the world. Some children will be abused, both by parents and foster parents. Arrest the offenders, and stop kidnapping the children. If a parent is not incarcerated, they should not be removed. If there is a home for the child to live in, that child should live in it.

Cps took my 2 boys away. The two fathers lied about me and without investigating me, My kids were gone. My older son (14) had to go live in Canada with Because he was thrown out of the country for Drugs. I asked the court to investigate and they didnt. Two months later dad sends him back to me, I tried very hard to get my son help but it wasnt happening quick enough for cps and now my son is back in Canada. ALOT MORE TO THIS STORY

But remember, the most they can do is keep you away until 18, keep your love for your family fresh in your heart until then. If you have either no trespassing signs or fences at all entrances to your property they cannot even legally set foot on your land without a warrant. Unless they already have enough evidence for a warrant, you can change your phone number, keep it unlisted, and put up no trespassing signs.

Sacramento Bee did an in depth look into multiple kids who were in CPS's system and died. CPS dropped the ball over and over and over and over. And yes, they used the buzz words-"thorough investigation so this never happens again" to pacify the public, but of course, always cried out for MORE MONEY to prevent these things from happening again.

@nymphtalk I gave this information to my son and a counselor at Youth Villages overheard me. She filed false documents with the courts to say that I encouraged my son to be violent towards them and then falsified my words twisted them to only include the word "sheep" simply making up 99.99% of it. The staff at Youth Villages are filled with sick, inexperienced, immature children-most of which just want a promotion or have angst against their own company and staff. I'm sure this will be deleted.

@LynRuiz Yes, they do lie in reports. I was at a cps office in NC that was situated in a park. Trees, picnic tables. I was waiting for my ride outside, and sat in the grass near a tree trunk kind of looking up at the clouds. My back hurt. I was emotionally devastated having just had my children kidnapped first by their father, then the state. The CPS worker walked out and pretended to be nice to me. She then wrote in a report that I was "lying spread eagle near the highway." I was not.

(Not removed, but adopted out) and they twisted it below to say "removed" and you can no longer find my comment on it. Cover up. It is in a 1976 anti abortion policy that encourages adoption. @LynRuiz as for Youth Villages... Childhood treatment centers are the worst thing for children. They dehumanize, brainwash, and isolate the child from family. Families have never been perfect. We cannot save the world. Some children will be abused, both by parents and foster parents. Arrest the offenders, and stop kidnapping the children. If a parent is not incarcerated, they should not be removed. If there is a home for the child to live in, that child should live in it.

When it came to cutting budgets, schools got the majority cuts while CPS continued to get tens of thousands of dollars for things like foster home care and safe removal programs. Other cultures do not tolerate child abuse and ouside family will move in and "mediate" or take the children for a period of time, as will neighbors, friends, church, etc. But instead people expect one overworked social worker to fix hundreds of families. The money could then be spent on education, free child care, etc.

Children's Prison Services has way too much power, they have taken the power away from the parent. I know of a young mother had her children snatched for no reason, they fabricated lies, and if her case is ever opened another worker stated undercover, he said it would reveal all their dirt. Cps took my 2 boys away. The two fathers lied about me and without investigating me, My kids were gone. My older son (14) had to go live in Canada with Because he was thrown out of the country for Drugs. I asked the court to investigate and they didnt. Two months later dad sends him back to me, I tried very hard to get my son help but it wasnt happening quick enough for cps and now my son is back in Canada. ALOT MORE TO THIS STORY

I was placed in CPS at age 9 because my dad spanked my sister. In a foster home she got beat up twice, and I beat the shit out of a kid who tried to rape her. When the social worker was writing report when we were taken away initially, I observed him adding in "father (my dad) had baseball bat". WTF!?!???????

But remember, the most they can do is keep you away until 18, keep your love for your family fresh in your heart until then. CPS does need lower caseloads, etc. But that won't solve the endemic corruption.
Heres how you corrupt new caseworkers: Give them a job thats impossible to do. Then show them how to do it. Show them that its all about using the power to save caseworker time.
Most new caseworkers leave or get fired because they won't stoop to the grossly corrupt acts that are needed to make the job
manageable. So mostly it's a special type who succeed as caseworkers.

Sacramento Bee did an in depth look into multiple kids who were in CPS's system and died. CPS dropped the ball over and over and over and over. And yes, they used the buzz words-"thorough investigation so this never happens again" to pacify the public, but of course, always cried out for MORE MONEY to prevent these things from happening again.

One more note, I do know firsthand, Sac County CPS does NOT make "correct" judgements every single day. The do the bear minimum-go knock on the "parents" door, write in their log they did a visit but nobody answered the door-See! They did their job! Their hands are clean!
