this guy is amazing, i know the exact way he does this trick, i do the same thing with playing cards, and it's not magnets, mirrors, pre punched holes or small circles that he adds to the card, each hole really is a real hole, i dont wanna give away the secret because its a fantastic trick

If you can see "through'' the hole, its because the reflection on top is showing whatever is passing by at the angle we see it at.

If we were to look directly down, or in the 'hole' then we would see a reflection of the camera or ourselves.

They are pre-punched holes barely holding on. All he has to do is rub it a little and it tears off. Then he has the circle stuck to his finger. When he puts it back its not that hard, it fits like a puzzle. He never shows the back of the first ticket. On the second ticket it pretty much the same but only has one hole. that it rips away from the bottom.

He keeps his finger over the real whole the first time and he actually has a circular dot thing thats shaped like a whole. thats how he can move it he drags the little whole punched thingy. Why is it shiny I wonder I dont think a hole is shiny (silvery when he moves it around)

The "hole" was a small circle of card cut out from an exact picture of the floor. So when he places it there, it looks as if there's a hole. Notice he doesn't lift the ticket up and let them touch it?

The clipper that he had was pressure rigged, it didn't actully stamp a hole, but what it did was stick down a very thin cricle of mirror. works better in the dark, because it seems as if theres a whole within, when really its just reflecting. kool trick though.

but then... how would the hole be on both sides for the second ticket? And I saw his finger through the hole... for that one I thought maybe it was a reflection from the top finger but I couldn't figure out how when he flipped the card around... and showed the hole on both sides.

Let's see...

1. he ran his index finger underneath and we could see his finger.  No way that could be a "relfection", especially from our angle.

2. Let's say he DID stick mirrors to it ... how can it stick to his fingers and be unstick from the ticket, while still unsticking from his fingers and re-sticking itself on the paper?

I think it's a cool trick though :)
