I really don't see any innuendo.

Soma's screams don't sound like moans at all. It sounds like she's getting stabbed in both legs.

The only thing that makes it an innuendo is Aoto's unnecessary strain on his voice (even if the uninstallation hurt him too somehow) and the CG where Soma was like, on him. Could have been better executed.

Also, I really don't understand why the Hymmnos singers for the characters didn't also do voice acting for them. Rekka's voice fits Cocona so much better.
