Wish they said it's over 50 years old. Not that I don't like historic stuff - I do - but it feels somehow pushy to see how a half a century old airplane is advertised as latest high-tech and performance, almost as they would do with a F22 Raptor :D That doesn't mean at all I don't admire your work guys! I also love 60s-70s diesel-electric locomotives, but I would find strange to see them advertised as top-class head of combat whatever they call it...

@thydusk666 The aircraft they are flying are not 50 years old. The airframe was first designed 50 years ago. They still use them because they can fly low and slow, and have great endurance.

The P-3's Customs uses are old Alpha and Bravo airframes, so that would put them in the 40 to 50 year old range... Last Bravo was built in '69...

And now imagine if drugs were legal - 5 Megabucks turns into few thousand, no insane income = no drug related crimes.

That of course would not mean Coast Guard and Customs with expensive equipment would suddenly become unnecessary, human trafficking and other illegal activities would still be present.
