look at the date, frost was ridiculously overpowered during s6

undodgeable, parryable, blockable frost strikes, with 130 RP u could dump 4 frost strikes on somebody within 2 secs with unholy presence with 2 guaranteed crits with deathchill and killing machine proc.

then uve got obliterates, hungering cold on 1 min cd and strangulate.
