Gosh, Twilight won! Wow, it shouldn't have. I agree with you, books good...movie bad/okay...not that deserving to win an award.

I don't think I was at that gathering. I was playing in the DOA 4 tournament so I couldn't go.

Oh jesus. Twilight was good, but like any other movie based on a book, it went fast. Personally I'm still not a fan of Rob Patterson as Edward but eh, he did well. Still though Twilight shouldn't have won as many awards as it did. I'm sure Darknight was better. As for Akon I'm glad you had fun. The drive is always the bitch even if you're only driving an hour like I did. And I like Akatsuki cloak.^^ Akatsuki Naruto. Sweet.

And what was up with not presenting ledger with best villain. Yeah he died and it would be akward, but they should have taken a moment to honor him for it. I think they did that though just because Twilight was winning everything. Had the Dark Knight been winning everything they wouldn't have skipped best villain. I honestly think these awards are rigged anyway. I mean they say you can vote for best movie til its presented, but was it a coincidense that only the twilight crew was actually there?

All the voters were die hard twilight fans who voted for everything twilight even when it didn't deserve it. I watched the fight and it doesn't even last more than a minute. How does that deserve to win? And I did notice how no r-rated movie won anything. And Zac Efron over Bale and RDJ? I think the Dark Knight's 8 oscar nominations and billion dollars made at the box office are more important anyway.
