So yes. This series is definatly worth watching... but it's a shame you've just seen a huge spoiler...

But you should still watch it anyway. It's really epic,funny, and everything just fits perfectly together.

Dude when I watched One shall Rise I was so freakin nervous when Ratchet said Optimus didn't plan on coming back. But when he lived I was so happy, and I was like Yay! it's gonna be a happy ending. But when Optimus was acting like an amnesiac, I was like, uh oh. And when he went with Megatron I was like WHAT THE HECK!!!!!!! Please let season 2 begin!!!! And it's a brilliant break from the many deaths of Optimus Prime! Adding the D-con Logo just makes it all the more intense. And being amnesiatic doesn't mean dead, something's gonna happen where he gets his memory back.

And actually, I think the creators are downright fragging BRILLIANT, thank you very much.

They're going to take the entire established character dynamic of the last 27 years and completely turn it on it's head.

Bravo sirs. No-one else in the history of this franchise has ever tried something this daring.

@autobotsforever11 if you actually watched the season finale you would know that when Optimus used the power of the Matrix to put Unicron into stasis, he didn't just lose the wisdom and knowledge of the past Primes, he lost his own memories as well. He reverted back to when he was Orion Pax and him and Megatronus were friends, so, naturally, he went with the guy he knew instead of the Autobots (who he hadn't met when he was Orion).

And this isn't the movies, so Sentinel's betrayal doesn't apply.
