Johnny Lang was near to be a new Jeff Healey (one of the best white bluesmans of 80s and 90s), and he became just another white pop singer, but hey... if you like pop i guess it's ok... but for a blues fan is just wasted talent...

He still is the same soulful man, you can change genres but the soul will never be taken out of him, cos I can still here it and the song still has a good message, being thankful for what you've got. A genre doesn't mean anything, aslong as the artist is good.

If you see Jonny in person you can really appreciate his extreme talent!!! I'm sure Michael is proud to share the light with him. If you listen to more of Jonny's music you can easily tell he does not feed off of another musician....he is definetly his own awesome person.
