im with saintsballer, get gibson @ OLB b/c shanle gets killed in the short pass conversions, if we get ANY DE, what bout richard seymour if da raiders dont franchise tag em & charles grant is officially DONE in a saints uniform...OLB sean witherspoon is amazing, heard bout him all year long in the big 12 since i leave in dallas...he could have potential as well...RESPECT DA FLEUR DE LIS!!!!

how about the saints trade grant to the packers for DE aaron kampman he struggled in the 3-4 and is coming off a knee injury but he has shown he can be a good pash rusher.what do you think about that trade?

I agree Grants gotta go, ever since that contract theirs been nothing there. In my opinion I think we have GOT to pick up Thadeus Gibson at OLB to replace Scott Shanle, thats just my opinon. He played and started at OLB for Ohio State early but they needed a DE and he had the power and speed for it. But theirs been talk that he may go back to OLB as a pro, even if he doesnt,. hes a excellent DE to replace Grant. Its a Win win in my eyes. Idk tell me what you think.

we also have jonathan casilias coming up our linebacking core has alot of depth and youth which is pretty much the case for every position this team is built for the future and with a coach like payton and brees we could be the patriots of this decade
