I am just saying I have got my priorities straight, survival and protection are far great importance then a bunch of crap.

i went to staples on black friday . there was nobody in the store at 8:30am. all the suckers got there early and left. i was able to get everything i wanted
1. 2 packs of 3 dollar printing paper
2. two 16gig usb memory sticks for 12.99 each
3.5" gps cause my other one broke and i need it for work

Marlin...very nice choice man. Let me tell you why .22 is essential for a gun locker. The ammo is really cheap. And anybody proficient with a .22 will easily transition to heavier calibers. If you master a .22 you can kill anything on the planet. A 500 round "brick" of .22 equals 500 rabbits...and for what? $15? compare that to beef lol.

Demcad I think once you go and shoot that marlin you might change your mind about .22 caliber firearms. So fun and sooooo much more affordable if you like to shoot. You may need a larger caliber at some point, but .22 lets you practice, practice, practice. It will build your shooting skills considerably no need to waste precious ammo. God forbid I ever have to use a firearm on a human, but if so I don't want to miss. They tend to shoot back.
I started taking karaté (Kyokushin Do) lessons 8 months ago, and one of the first things I learned was NOT to lean forward when throwing your punches (or any strick for that matter), as this leaves your head (& upper body) exposed for a counter (ex. kick to the head). Keep up your training as there is NOTHING more important than your health!

Jesus Demcad, I heard some shrieks in there. If you didn't mention that this was black Friday the atmosphere would have felt like something in a disaster area. I had to go to a Frys electronics on Friday morning at 7 AM for work to purchase some Ethernet cable. It was pretty crowded, but the crowd wasn't like that. Frankly Im starting to think the should just close the dam stores after thanksgiving, people die because of this crap.

You're a braver man than I... I NEVER got to those mob scenes. I may have a little brain-washing, but none for stuff like that. Good choice to pick up a .22LR. You will never go hungry! Buy a few 500 round bricks, and a few extra mags - and you can varmint your way to a healthy stew on occasion if need be. I have a Savage .22LR with 5 extra mags. It's also great to practice your shooting fundamentals on the cheap - breathing, trigger squeeze, etc. And a .22LR can down a bad guy with a good hit!

I went out for the first time on black friday yesterday, went to walmart where you could barely move from being overcrowded and left after a fist fight broke out. Then I went to Target and saw a line wrapped around the entire store then remembered why I usually don't go out on black friday and went home.
In my opinion .22LR caliber is under estimated lot of times. It is good caliber especially in survival situations for getting small game. It is easilly suppressed with silencer and subsonic ammunition so you can use it in urban or suburban locations and not be noticed by other people. You can carry lot of ammunition with you with no dificulty. Semiautomatic .22LR you can candle the recoil easily and put lots of shots accurately on target even if you fire rapidly.

People don't seem to realize the most important lesson to learn from holiday shoppers and all the crazy shit they do......if these people will fight, scratch and claw for a one day deal on a flat screen or Twilight toy, imagine what they will do for food or water when shit hits the fan. THAT is why I am prepared for emergencies. It's very simple and no one seems to keep that in mind.
Good job with the Marlin 795! Watch it with the iron sights because the rear sight tends to slide left or right if you bump it to hard. Scoped mine shoots amazingly. You can get 7 round mags for 10 dollars on cheaper than dirt, I havent been able to find them cheaper anywhere else. Also the stock is hollow and you can stash it with extra rounds which also helps with the front heaviness. hope that helps.
Saw few seconds of video about the hectic in store confustion (Walmart) and looked crazy, maybe even a little scarry, not a place for small children, I am glad I did not go out to shop, also, I saw no great deals advertised for anything I wanted, needed. I never go shopping on Black Friday. There was a shooting today at our local Mall. (Cross Creek Mall, Fayetteville NC) Evidently people were hanging out in the parking lot waiting to rob shoppers as they left with their Christmas Goodies. It just gets worse every year.
And HEY! There's nothing wrong with a 22. It's good for small game. It may not kill an intruder but it will put a hurting on them.

I have a Marlin Model 60 I bought back in the early 70's...great rifle! I recently purchased a Ruger 10/22, also a terrific rifle! I like the 10/22 with the 25 round magazines. Thanks for the video! We went out to the rifle range today and practiced our 9mm, .22's, and Mosin Nagant (I left the 12 guage and AR15's at home). Our new family tradition is to go to the range on Black Friday...

DemCad very few people think about having what they need. Most people are looking for a distraction from their real life drudgery. The ones that prepare have a totally different mindset then the everyday masses.
It is important to learn how to hunt as well as be prepared Demcad. If you don't bow hunt you should pick it up! If you can hunt with a bow you can easily hunt with a rifle.

I've said it before: seeing these videos of those people who partook in Black Friday madness is simply intel. This gives me and millions of Americans like me an idea of whom we all will be up against once the economy collapses. These are the people who suffer with entitlement issues, are selfish, greedy, opportunistic in a bad way, and a sickness I call "everything will be fine". I paint mental targets around each person. Unfortunately, I won't have enough ammo for everyone.

Marlin...very nice choice man. Let me tell you why .22 is essential for a gun locker. The ammo is really cheap. And anybody proficient with a .22 will easily transition to heavier calibers. If you master a .22 you can kill anything on the planet. A 500 round "brick" of .22 equals 500 rabbits...and for what? $15? compare that to beef lol.

Demcad I think once you go and shoot that marlin you might change your mind about .22 caliber firearms. So fun and sooooo much more affordable if you like to shoot. You may need a larger caliber at some point, but .22 lets you practice, practice, practice. It will build your shooting skills considerably no need to waste precious ammo. God forbid I ever have to use a firearm on a human, but if so I don't want to miss. They tend to shoot back.

I started taking karaté (Kyokushin Do) lessons 8 months ago, and one of the first things I learned was NOT to lean forward when throwing your punches (or any strick for that matter), as this leaves your head (& upper body) exposed for a counter (ex. kick to the head). Keep up your training as there is NOTHING more important than your health!

Jesus Demcad, I heard some shrieks in there. If you didn't mention that this was black Friday the atmosphere would have felt like something in a disaster area. I had to go to a Frys electronics on Friday morning at 7 AM for work to purchase some Ethernet cable. It was pretty crowded, but the crowd wasn't like that. Frankly Im starting to think the should just close the dam stores after thanksgiving, people die because of this crap.

You're a braver man than I... I NEVER got to those mob scenes. I may have a little brain-washing, but none for stuff like that. Good choice to pick up a .22LR. You will never go hungry! Buy a few 500 round bricks, and a few extra mags - and you can varmint your way to a healthy stew on occasion if need be. I have a Savage .22LR with 5 extra mags. It's also great to practice your shooting fundamentals on the cheap - breathing, trigger squeeze, etc. And a .22LR can down a bad guy with a good hit!

I went out for the first time on black friday yesterday, went to walmart where you could barely move from being overcrowded and left after a fist fight broke out. Then I went to Target and saw a line wrapped around the entire store then remembered why I usually don't go out on black friday and went home.

In my opinion .22LR caliber is under estimated lot of times. It is good caliber especially in survival situations for getting small game. It is easilly suppressed with silencer and subsonic ammunition so you can use it in urban or suburban locations and not be noticed by other people. You can carry lot of ammunition with you with no dificulty. Semiautomatic .22LR you can candle the recoil easily and put lots of shots accurately on target even if you fire rapidly.

People don't seem to realize the most important lesson to learn from holiday shoppers and all the crazy shit they do......if these people will fight, scratch and claw for a one day deal on a flat screen or Twilight toy, imagine what they will do for food or water when shit hits the fan. THAT is why I am prepared for emergencies. It's very simple and no one seems to keep that in mind.

Good job with the Marlin 795! Watch it with the iron sights because the rear sight tends to slide left or right if you bump it to hard. Scoped mine shoots amazingly. You can get 7 round mags for 10 dollars on cheaper than dirt, I havent been able to find them cheaper anywhere else. Also the stock is hollow and you can stash it with extra rounds which also helps with the front heaviness. hope that helps.

I never go shopping on Black Friday. There was a shooting today at our local Mall. (Cross Creek Mall, Fayetteville NC) Evidently people were hanging out in the parking lot waiting to rob shoppers as they left with their Christmas Goodies. It just gets worse every year.
And HEY! There's nothing wrong with a 22. It's good for small game. It may not kill an intruder but it will put a hurting on them.

I buy my guns off the street for the low-low, lol. Got an AK-47 for $200 from a guy who lost his job, ammo too. I also have a pellet rifle that I'll use for knockin down small game like rabbits, squirrels and pigeons. Paid $45 for that, with tons of pellets. Black Friday can kiss my black ass.

I have a Marlin Model 60 I bought back in the early 70's...great rifle! I recently purchased a Ruger 10/22, also a terrific rifle! I like the 10/22 with the 25 round magazines. Thanks for the video! We went out to the rifle range today and practiced our 9mm, .22's, and Mosin Nagant (I left the 12 guage and AR15's at home). Our new family tradition is to go to the range on Black Friday...
