it is without doubt a positive thing, but as a ugandan dont you think there are other issues here. Whenever i see this sort of thing i reverse the situation and wonder how english adults would feel if a load of ugandans came over here to help our children, id feel pretty bad to be honest that the adults of my country couldnt provide for our youth.
