Actually Rudy escaped to Germany and left Meredith there bleeding without even calling an ambulance anonimously (she bled to death). His explanation of what happened was delirious. He was locked in the bathroom with loud music (headphones) while she was being murdered. She hardly knew Meredith..His lies were huge from the start and his DNA all over the place.
sollecito's parents that these two are out of jail...and guess who stayed in jail?! just rudi guede bc was the only one who couldn't pay or being helped by anyone. so many proofs have been hidden just bc of our goverment decided so. italian justice it's ridiculous and it's horrible how people can still believe that those two r innocent.and now amanda is even getting paid just bc now she's considered a sort of hero. He and the rest of the prosecution were made a laughing stock by the appeals court.
