  • Ewok#1: Ayon!

    Ewok#2: Ulol, Daw to

    Ewok#1: MAGANDA

    Lahat ng Ewoks: Magandaaaaa...

  • Ayon, puno daw 'to!", said when C-3PO is being worshiped, means "There, this is a leader!" in Filipino. Many claim that "puno" means tree in this instance, but it also has a second meaning of chief or leader, as is evidence in the translation of punongbayan which means mayor from the roots "puno" and "bayan".

  • Those Ewoks look like my ex-boyfriend.

  • Ewok's language is a mish-mash of Swedish and Filipino.

  • its not called filipino its called tagalog its like saying u speak mexican or american its just doesnt work

  • Today it's called Filipino because it is the official language of the Philippines, along with English.

    They also used Hindi language.

    "Yeh, yeh gira."

  • tagalog is the official and national language of all filipino...

  • its called filipino..

  • hindi ang filipino, it's called T-A-G-A-L-O-G

    tagalog..(hope i said it right)

  • If you actually take the classes, it can be used either way. Tagalog's the specific dialect. Saying Filipino is the general term for our language.

  • Well that specific dialect is tagalog, Fillipino is a race, not a language lol

  • from what i know, filipino is the language and pilipino is the race

  • dude thats the same thing.

    ok from a true Filipino,

    we're from the Phillipines,we're called Filipino,the race.

We speak different dialects on the different islands,

    tagalog is one of them

  • Well, actually, Filipino is both a race and a language. Filipino can mean either the people of the Philippines or the "official" language of the Philippines. "Filipino" (or "Pilipino") is the offical language and is based on a dialect called Tagalog. Prior to 1959 when they distinguished Filipino from Tagalog, it was common knowledge that Tagalog is widely spoken throughout most of the Philippines. That's why now, it's often said that Tagalog is THE language of the Philippines, when it's only 1.

  • i like the fierce warrior part...short..maybe...but I don't wanna think of myself as a hairy little teddy bear warrior...D _ D;;

  • I think the reason why The Ewoks lang is Tagalog is because look at us Filipinos.. Short and fierce warriors and we did use primitive weapons on Magellan lol

  • Yea, they used tagalog. I think they also used another asian language but recorded it backward.

  • LMAO. AYON, PINUNO DAW ITO. WOW.

  • you're just inggit kasi the producers chose tagalog as their language!!! hahaha

  • (Ayon maganda) (puno daw toh) those words are tagalog^^ Max ur volume I'm sure you will hear those words!!
