ok i just looked the orphan works bill up, and it looks like this is an old issue that has already died. it was never passed in congress in 2008 or 2009. BUT, it can be brought up as new legislation again if someone wants to bad enough. Am i wrong? because i couldn't find anything current on this bill.

DUDE. do you realize, they (such as Google) are hiding in the shadows, waiting to pounce, on all these billions of users who have trusted the laws that protect us.
