This is definetly one of my favorite cars in the game. its so sticky and handles like the tires have teeth on them that just bite into the road and hang on. i tuned mine to +260 MPH
I find you can get this car around the ring with the right setup in <6 minutes using full tune up and medium race tires. I tried a run on soft race tires but the car would spin suddenly and unexpectedly out of control after catching air (which it dose a lot).
It seems weird that this pimp-mobile corners and accelerates as well as it dose with so much weight and no down force.
Oh and the other trick was not to reduce the weight by more than one step or it leaves the ground too readily.
LOL You didn't keep the stock exhaust so now it sounds like some exotic and not a muscle car . Sadly in this game you have to keep the stock exhaust in this game for a true V8 sound, GT4 Had great cars but unrealistic engine sounds .
I actually have a 1962 Buick Skylark/Special (but mine is white). In the real world, they came with an all aluminum block 3.5 liter V8. They produced just over 200hp from the factory.Eventually the design for the engine was sold to Rover in England, and they just stopped using them in thier 4X4's a few years ago.

Mine has 877 hp and top speed with my own ROAD setup is around 240, with my SPEED setup, i hit 281. It's my Favorite car in the whole game!! :)
