Hey Al, Eddie here. Hope Turkey Day served you well. Got your reply to my posting and I was truly amazed at what I read. The odds of finding you after nearly 20 years were pretty slim. I have some questions to ask and stories to tell so contact me at mollygrace@hughes.net if possible. If you cant, post another comment as to the best way to get in touch with you. Thanks again, Eddie.
I am, & I remember selling you that '65 Satellite for $3800! Your name is Ed, & you bought the car in 1992 - & were stationed @ N.A.S. JAX IIRC. Also sold you an additional (and original), hood for your car. I even threw in a good grille center section! How's that for a "Flashback-Memory" Ed???!!! You bought the car with a flat blk hood & early Ramcharger scoop! This car is quite similar to the car u bought from me inside, & out/ My name is AL, & give me a shout anytime Ed...
Are you in Mt. Dora FL? I'm asking because I bought a car just like this almost 20 years ago from a man in Mt. Dora while in the Navy. In the process of restoring her and don't remember his name. Think his first name was Al. I do know that he was an aquaintance of the late great Dick Landy...Even had pics of the green satellite and Dicks 65 altered wheel base car. Any info would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks again.
