  • Um , can I ask where you downloaded sony vegas? right now i have the trial and i want to get the full version and i was wondering where you got it , pls reply :OO .

  • This is an amazing tutorial. Thank you very much for teaching how to get HQ!!

But I have a question, can you use the HQ template in 'project properties' and use it to render in both HQ and HD?

  • Absolute LEGEND i have been trying to a few days now making endless dirt, cheers

  • Works great :D

  • Hi! Your video has been really helpful. I was wondering if you know a way to render a video with Quicktime and still have Widescreen HD quality on Sony Vegas. Thank you ^_^

  • your video is in HQ?

  • Thanks you! :)

  • I don`t have that 6 Megabites HD 720-30p video, and when I made all of those render setting changes, it says "vegas movie studio does not support output of frame sizes greater than 1440 (width) by 1080 (height). The template you have selected has been moved from the template list."

  • Nice Video but i think it need more effects.. you can get nice video effects plugins and addons from aries-films file section. Just google for Aries-Films man.. pc

  • Do you still play wow? I saw this and i'm gonna record some wow videos with xfire. Do you know of a program that record it with really good quality? Thanks.

  • Not as much, it was a summer thing. Yeah, if you want to record WoW gameplay, look into a program called "Fraps". It works wonders.

  • @SpazzoChris Any idea how to get it free?

  • @SpazzoChris HEY I RENDERED IN QUICKTIME (.MOV) and on a 30 sec Render i got a F****** 3,3GB file WTF, and when i rendered in Wmv, it was 13 MB WTF can someone plz explain????

    Thanks Guys :D

  • worked for me, thanks

  • i hope it helps^-^

    rendering now

  • Dont put pictures behind the video to remove the black lines, just right click on the video/clip and go to "switch" then unitick maintain aspect ratio. That removes the black lines and makes it widescreen, watch my tutorial of it to understand more.

  • Ver, very helpful, rated 5 stars.

    Thanks a bunch!

  • wtf?

  • 0:17 what video size is that please answer back :)

  • @Gamerscore4Gamers

  • And, im not sure. I use mp3 .. You use wmv in youtube? Work it?

MLG ftw! I play Pro on ps3, soon im moving to Xbox where I'll be playing MLG for nV :)

  • BEASTNESS. Favorited.

  • you have been most helpfull

  • You might have wanted to add you can make non-wide screen clips wide screen by clicking on the event pan/crop option then preset and choosing 16:9, but putting that aside great video. :)

  • Well, that would stretch the pixels.

  • don't do it that way it crops it off to much just right click on the clip>properties then uncheck maintain aspect ratio much better expecially if you edit skateboard videos like me you can't crop it because you will cut off the skateboarders head which isn't good!!

  • where can i find the event pan/crop option ?

  • hey, i use sony vegas movie studio 8.0 and ive tried all the widescreen video tutorials and none n of them work on mine!! theres like afew steps that it cant do and it always has loads of letterboxinng- any advise?

  • world of warcaft! nerd

  • hey man, that intro is beast

  • How does 854x480 do?

I've been tinkering with my rendering settings and gah it get's annoying. xD

I'm rendering with the settings in this video right now.

But yeah, 854x480 has been working fine for me.

I've deleted the tests on my channel though.

  • can u do a tutorial on how to get sony vegas 8?

  • Maybe :\

  • u should because u make good tutorails and i want to get sony vegas 8 :D

  • check techtopia he has a tut on it

  • just google sony vegas check a few links until you get to the sony creative ware website and download one of the free 30 day trials. as easy as that if you want it for free you have to find a hack or something

  • I know I meant to say that it stretches it out.

  • Also you can right click on the clip ur using to make it widescreen by right clicking on the clip, going to switches, and uncheck maintain aspect ratio.

  • That stretches the pixels and isn't true widescreen.

  • You can also use 640x360 for Widescreen HQ

  • fail title, how to get HQ and HQ lol

  • you are teh good teacherz0rz. this is why you make teh big moneyz fixing compooturs

  • kooll 5
