i am just saying... luffy wanted poster should be +600million... He broke records. he went into 3 main part of the world government shot a flag/fight in the great battle/ son of dragon... and the "impel down" from 2 people that ever escape. He help over 200 inmates escape. And he is a bad ass ( that alone is 600mil)

Actually Luffy's bounty did go up after hitting the celestial dragon. It was raise to 300,000 after CP9 was defeated and was then raised to 400,000 after he punched the c.d.

No Luffy's bounty was still only 100,000 at enis lobby, it was raised to 300,00 after that incident. the reason the bounty is raised to 400,000 was not specified but it was like for A) defeating Gekko Moriah of the Shichibukai. B) punching a celestial dragon. C) Breaking in and out of Impel Down D) Taking part in the War of the Best at Marineford. E) Being the son of the Revolutionary Dragon. and E) Ringing the Ox bell during his second visit to marineford.

Of course, Luffy's bounty should have been raised by much more considering everything he did during this saga alone, the reason it wasn't is that the World government chose to conceal most of these acts (particularly defeating Moriah and the breaking at Impel Down) so that they did not lose face or support from the general public.
