  • Windows? "in case of an emergency.... frozen blue screen"

  • this would be even more awesome if the manufacturer could work with other medical machinery providers to fully integrate this smart phone's functionality into full fledged medical treatment process... like maybe they could design a central dock that connects to life support/monitoring machinery to provide the phone and the user with much more in-depth data feedback...

  • @GirlWonder05

    Now that sounds interesting!

  • The iCEphone was this week (23/03/09) featured on The BBC's Click Online presented by Spencer Kelly. See the video at BBC Click Online under Gadgets for the health conscious.

  • does any1 knw how much this phone costs in canada and willl it be available in canada

  • Still looking for a carrier in Canada but may be sold without a carrier in which case it will be an open phone receptive to any sim card. Details should be coming soon. The first 100,000 are going to Thailand. They should be in situ around the end of March - April - and UK in 2nd Q. If it is open then you should be able to get a set shipped to you.

I will post more details as they become available. Price will probably be $1000.

  • thanks

  • Hi there,

Not sure about Canada yet but should be available here around July and at around £700. Will post more details asap.
