What an utterly beautiful rendition of an amazing song. This cover made me realize what truly exquisite music Lords of the New Church made. There was a seductive and melancholy quality in their songs which you wouldn't expect from a punk-new wave group that very few know about. And props to Novelle Vague for this cover. I very rarely like covers of my generation's songs, but this is top form.
