And many could also say that, had there been those who listened to this "woman who is no longer there" - we could have saved the tax payers $18,000 for an investigation that had proved nothing - the close to $20,000 dollars had been spent, may as well have been flushed. This clip of the resolution was the beginning ... and in the end there is nothing to show for it - That, to some, is on the threshold of inept leadership, and an abuse of power.
