What? Sora never divorced Matt and married Joe lol XD I wish she would've married Tai, but she married Matt. And the series leaves off before anything else. They don't show what happens after, but I highly doubt she'd marry Joe, of all people. But hey, whatever floats your boat.

On the last episode of season 2 we find out about Ken & Yolei, as well as seeing eveyone's kids (kinda scary how similar they look though :P). We are given the impression that Sora & Matt are together because Sora's son looks like a mini-matt and Matt's daughter looks like a mini-sora and some sources say they're married. I hope this helps ^-^
@nasher112 they were original meant to. that is how the creators all ways planed it but do to the popularity of the Davis and Kari pairing they disided not to. If you take a look at the last ep again you can see that Kari is talking to a kid who looks a lot like TK.

Ken and Yolei get married and have three kids.
According to Wikipedia, Matt and Sora are married and have two kids together; a girl and a boy.
All the other characters got married to people who are not important to the story; those people are not shown or mentioned to us.
