I think this great music regardless of the criricism of the church/pastor. Although, I am not an IPC member, I still think it takes special skills to pull up fellowship of this magnitude. It adss more skill to add this kind of talent. One may claim not to have an idol of some kind, but the truth of the matter is that human beings are worldly creatures who thrive on building upon knowledge and experience from others, from those who they idealize and strife to learn from or follow.

I am a big follower of SA Gospel and traditional music that is extremely rich diverse and entertaining. IPHC's organisation is extremely disciplined and you have to be a true believer in Jesus to be able to pull off a cantata like this that the entire church participated in. To those who say a pastor should not be revered or appreciated for doing great things or those who claim that a congregation like this worships the pastor the music should be a clue; they are praising God not the pastor.

A lot of people say ignorant things about pastors forgetting the word actually means tending a flock. It takes a Very good Pastor to nurture a Church like this in a very poor Township. It is the nature of this success that brings out the critical spirit in some people. Who then is Priscilla Malete. Is she one of the two lead singers. On one of the DVDs it shows the two lead singers as Priscilla Lekaba and Emma Mkhwananzi. I have argued with sum1 who says Priscilla Malete is one of the lead singers which I dispute. Please help.

Sorry mate, while I respect your opinions on this issue, they dont match the experience I have with personally interacting with some this church's members in Zuurbekom. You sound like a church spokesman, and while that is okay, you cant deny that there are people who disagree with the views you hold. Modise is just one man among many who are revered by their uncritical followers (some would say sheeple). The music is still cool though ;-)
