  • Rossi, Pedrosa, Nicky ...they are all excellent riders among the best we got in the world today ....

  • He should have stuck with Honda. He can't do anything with Ducati it seems.

  • A TOTALLY NICE BLOKE.

  • rossiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

  • Best part of the pre race, saw it from turn 2 infeild.

  • u rock

  • i was there and that bike was louder than the cars. i love the paint job on that repsol bike tho, its pretty sweet.

  • he shoulda stayed with honda he doesnt do well on the ducati

  • theres a lot more to the story than that, repsol didnt treat him very well.

  • yes, the tought Pedrosa need it more than Hayden because he was already a good rider, but it's bullshit. every rider needs to get tread well

  • I like him in honda too, now i dont even like him anymore.

  • can u speak english u illiterate fuck?

  • the only illiterate fuck is the old ugly bitch of your fucking mama you moron

  • once again english please u southern sister fucking bitch

  • I love youtube users

  • Wow, that was fun.

  • Oh yea I LOVE what I see :-)

  • haha "i think you'll get your moneys worth" yeah wid a bloody storm taht came

  • nicky the best

  • Nicky on t'adore!!!!!!

bonne chance pour la saison 2009

tords la ducati autant que tu le pourras!!!

    vive le numero 69 !!!!

    chris

  • NICKY HAYDEN è IL MIGLIORE!!!!!!!!!

    nicky i love you!

  • hayden 6 un mito grande w nicky69 4ever

  • 500cc no.... moto gp is 800cc.

  • ive met him and hes a really cool person..not stuck up or anything at all.

  • Are you referring to KRjr?? I didn't see Capirossi, Gibernau, Melandri and several others winning the premier class championship. Eight victories and a world title is nothing to sneeze at my friend. Keep in mind Kenny jr won 4 times in 99' on an inferior Suzuki and finished SECOND to Criville on a factroy Repsol Honda.

  • all the rossi muppets want to say every rider but Rossi sucks, but the reality is that Hayden is a top level rider, who for whatever reason hasnt got on so well with the reduced capacity 800's and with HRC's team. In 2006 he won the World Championship. I'm a huge Rossi fan but at Valencia Rossi was 8 points ahead and choked. Hayden barged through and took the podium. FULL CREDIT to Hayden for that title. He won it fair and square by not choking.

  • Also, Kenny Roberts Jr was as good as they come. He had good years riding a piece of junk Suzuki 500 and then the absolute garbage (still is garbage) Suzuki 4 stroke motogp bikes. Anyone who thinks Roberts wouldnt have been better than Biaggi or Gibernau if he rode a Honda GP bike is crazy and probably never followed the sport much.

  • i met him at springfeild where he used to race

  • i love nicky hayden

  • i understand why people hate him, he's an american, and mostly people that bash nicky is from the other side of the world, and the sport that nicky is into right now, is mostly held in there. But NICKY really is a nice guy, i remember as well when he and vale was teammates and they went both in the podium 1st and 3rd in philip island, Vale helped nicky to a champion.

  • I'm from Germany and I don't hate him at all.

He's one of the nicest guys in the paddock and a very fair sportsmen.

This year's Honda is not for him though.

I think he could tame the Ducati almost as good as Stoner, certainly better than Melandri.

I think his style would suit the Ducati.

  • i love NH...i think next year he wont be riding a factory HONDA anymore, i think Dovi will replace him and Nicky will replace the other DOVI in JIR, since Pedrosa is the golden boy of REPSOL HONDA as of the moment.

As for the the nicky and vale debate, i remembered that nicky is the only guy in the paddock that vale talks alot even until now, i read it on an interview, VALE knows his family bout his racing bros. so that concludes me, that VALE is close friend to nicky.

  • Never seen MotoGP but Ill b at the Indy race

  • The change of engine size from 990cc to 800cc in the premier class has clearly affected nicky performance and it has been lot of trouble to adapt to it. And its not fair to compare nicky to valentino Rossi or mick doohan off course they are much better but nicky its not bad either.

So in the end i hope the Pneumatic valve engine Repsol honda is getting helps nicky a bit more.

  • great post

  • Good post- nice to see someone level headed here!

  • I think part of the problem is the bike is more suited to little Dani.

Makes you wonder if he would have better results on the Yamaha M1 or Ducati GP8.

i cant wait for him to get the pneumatic valve engine in his race bike.

  • The bike its not the Problem... if it was a bike problem he will never have one a world championship on that bike. The problem its the engine size from 990cc to 800cc... that changed prity much hayden and his performance. With the pneumatic valve engine he improved a little bit more but Dovizioso its doing even better than him with a satellite bike wich is huge. unfortunatley nicky probably will not be in repsol honda for the 2009 season and Dovi taking his place.

  • the rc211v had a v5 engine unlike the 212's v4.. two entirely different machines. The 211's v5 engine was much better suited to hayden's riding style... lets see what he can do on a desmosedici in '09!

  • The Honda still dosn't make power for shit, Padrosa can finish top 3 because my shadow weighs more than that gnat.

  • He is so damn HOT!!!!

  • I agree!

  • uhuh i saw him on the kentucky kid...you know the show on Mtv....I LOVE HIM...damn he's so hot!!!

  • Mm, i saw it too...:)

  • Moto GP is the superbike elite, much better than F1

  • Hayden, Vermuelen, Toseland, and Edwards. That's it. Hopper rode FX and 750SS before his GP career. West rode some WSS last year. The rest of the riders in the paddock came up through pocket bikes, 125, 250, 500 and GP and similar bikes. Not superbikes so I would have to disagree with you. Much better than F1 is up for debate. Much cheaper to sponsor than F1, absolutely.

  • #1 MY ARSE !!!!!!!!!

  • even though it is last years RC212V i cant believe they Dorna and the FIM let him do that lap with the number 1 plate. I bet stoner is secreatly atleast a little pissed at that. The number 1 plate is researved for use ONLY by the current world champion. That would be twice now he has worn that plate while it should have been on someone elses bike!

  • Which is why the #1 is covered with tape.

  • Nicky is a talented superbike rider. He's having trouble with the current 800cc bike because it requires a more 250 type riding style. He's used to squaring off corners and powering out, which is why he was more successful on the 990cc bike. His trouble is always stability getting into the corners. He's having trouble getting used to using the front more and carrying more corner speed. This along with the electronics are why you're seeing an easier transition for riders coming up from 250s.

  • pedrosa is so better...yes or no!

  • I'd say yes....but I'd still b'slap the garden troll. Such a little bitch....but a talented rider.

  • Pedrosa has problems going around corners if you so soon forget (Estoril) regardless of his current postion in the championship, Nicky is still one up in the championship category...no one is talking about Stoner's crappy start to the season as bad as they lambasted Hayden with his title defense....it is racing folks, the one with the most points at the end of the year wins...period...Pedrosa maybe doing better this time around in the championship 08', but the best he has done is #2

  • to some extent you are right. No one is taking about stoner this year coz ducati is failing. compaired to... It had to be one of the factorys that got it right, right out of the blocks with a new era in motogp. The ducati bridgestone combination was unstoppable. Dont get me wrong hayden and stoner are or have been worthy of being at the top in their day but the jury is still out on both as to if they have the goods to become godlike in the future more than other current riders, lorenzo included .

  • Yes, and allways will be...

  • id say yes

  • That may all well be good and true but a rider at this level should have the ability to adapt and ride around it, which is exactly why Doohan and Rossi both have 5 consecutive premier class world titles to thier names and not just 1. Rossi even has a 500 2stroke in their with his 4 990cc 4stroke titles not to mention the 125 and 250 world title. Not simply an AMA title or a national similar. . The messure of the rider is to ride around the problem. Thats the nature of racing prototypes.

  • Doohan and Rossi are names that few can live up to...that is why the are used as a "measure" to compare any new champions in MotoGP - riding a certain way for all of your career and then change is a definite challenge for Nicky...you did not mention that he still is the one with the most laps in testing on Monday even when he had his ass handed to him on Sunday and RARELY if ever gives excuses, if that is not a "measure" of a champion's character I do not know what is...Nicky deserves respect...

  • yes he put more laps in becasue he has the most work to do to adapt to the current

RC212V as do EVERY rider EVERY year the entire season due to the fact ALL bikes are constantly evolving prototypes. Some riders can adapt other cant. Even Nori Haga went back to WSB due to this fact. Troy Bayless prefers WSB also. Even biaggi couldnt win a premier class title even though he has 250 world titles. Some can, some cant. At the top you have to and be able to adapt and remain consistant, thats motogp!

  • and what a great job covering it they did, i watched it once and clearly spotted the number "*1"

  • lol...were they supposed to redo the whole fairing for one lap just for you? Get over it man....

  • redo the whole fairing ? do you think only have 1 fairing for the 2007 RCV212V? To answer your question however, no not at all but its a bad bad form to let him use it just because he's in front of an american audience. If an american was world champ this year and the shoe was on the other foot in Australia then all the yanks who know any different would be saying the same thing.

  • Nicky is one of the best riders to race motogp from the US in a long time - he is going up against the best in the world. Nicky is from a dirt track background and people like Rossi have many, many more years on the pavement than Nicky.

  • I love reading all the comments by people who say that Nicky isn't that good etc. All you Rossi lovers should take note that Rossi respects Nicky a lot. That should tell you something. Nicky will never be remembered as one of the "greats", but he certainly has exceptional talent and deserves to be known as a top rider. Anyone that has run up front as many times as he has, regardless of winning or not, is worthy of being considered one of the best in the world at that given moment in time.

  • Nicky is so goofy. I'm stoked about Indy, tho!

  • Well, guess i'll be making a trip to "see my family in indiana" in september!

  • Indy is a nice course for motogp :)

  • he is a hick

  • yes, but he's a World Champion hick....

  • Hmm, Its Great that Moto GP now has 2 Races over in America, but i cant help but think that Indy is going to be a bit of a let down.

Will have to wait and see!

But in the mean time BRING ON MUGELLO, and Donington Of Course My tickets come thru the other week woooooooo!! =D

  • Yup, Indy is not the place for motogp I think.

  • keep in mind however thats its not racing on the oval. there is actually a new track that has been built in the centre of the oval as i understand it. It shouldnt really prove to be that different than any other circut. but your right if it was 28 laps and 40 minutes then the constant, left , left , left, of then left again woudl be about 40 odd minutes of my life ill never get back! Never got my head around NAS car racing either..... yawn!

  • Yeah i've never understood it.... think its america's idea of exciting racing....

No they will prob use the track that F1 did, but its still not gonna b the same as a track like mugello, Donington, Assen etc.

Just look at all the problems F1 had at Indy.

Althought it might prove me wrong and produce a good race... We will wait and see!!

  • They will be using a portion of the F1 track but at least a couple of corners will be different or modified so it's not gonna be the same exact course as F1.

Not every track can be like Assen or Mugello. If they were the series would get kinda stale seeing the same exact types of tracks all the time. Plus everyone the world over knows about the Indy 500 so a MotoGP race their is gonna get butts in the seats which is the bottom line for MotoGP.

  • totally agree however Dorna makes its money through international TV distribution rights and most of that comes from europe. Sure there is money to made at a MotoGP from paunters but take a look at how many spectators are at Qatar next year. think i counted about 50 this year and that was the total for all 3 days! Estoril never seems to have that many either but an awesome day and i highly recommend a weekend in lisbon for it!

  • Fantastic for the sport and great for people to see. This is EXACTLY what we need and who we needed to do the demo. First two comments are obviously from idiot's who are more concerned about "who" than where and what.

  • hayden is talked about just because he is the 2006 world champion and that aswell thanks to rossi

even in 2006 whn rossi lost his crown, rossi took more victories than anyone else

ROSSI TAKE THE VICTORY IN MUGELLO!!!

  • yeah. still a shame that rossi takes it up the ass. and what's up with his little "man whore" that follows him everywhere?

whatever, nicky is one cool dude. i'd like to see rossi beat him on a flat-tracker.

  • at least he pays his taxes. ;-)

and BTW, you are shit. (unless you can beat hayden)

    you can't even beat me.

  • Rossi paid his taxes , just a little late lol.

  • Me too, if rossi could do that then there's nothing he can't do.

You're right about Nicky though, he's a great guy & i don't see why people are bashing him on here

  • yeah. shit riders always win world championships.

valencia 2006 ring a bell? rossi choked, and nicky took his mojo from him that day. he's only just now getting it back. i used to like rossi, but him turning his back on michelin sealed his fate in my eyes.

he sure didn't mind those michelins when he was winning. perhaps it was merely his tires all along...

  • Ok, you're entitled to your opinion, but, just for example:

Today, friday 30th may, did you see the free practice from Mugello? It was pouring it down and Nicky finished 2nd over all, behind Vermeulen. Pedrosa finished 10th, which in the premier class is nowhere. Just a thought.

  • i hate this ass! so over rated! rossi all the way!

  • what a wheelie!!!

  • HOTT! Love him!
