I tried that chicken about 12 years ago when it was in Maryland just north from DC I went back a couple of years ago and could not find it anymore but seems that was moved to Virginia
I remember that he didn't eat pollo a la brasa when he came to Peru, well he just can't eat a lot of peruvian dishes, but i think we have a lot of delicious food, so happy that he could eat it in Arlington!!
this is why the restaurant is named as Pollo Rico, because it means Pollo Rico = Delicious Chicken in english! im from Peru btw xd sorry for my english
Pollo a la brasa ... or peruvian chicken cant be duplicated... because .. their ingredients .. are peruvian, huacatay, aji amarillo, aji panca, and many others ... so .. only a peruvian can duplicate that .. or maybe .. make a better one ...

this peruvian chicken is so delicious..! in general, peruvian food is amazing..!
as a canadian, I was lucky to try this place and I dont regret getting stuck in traffic for so long!

I live in Arlington and pollo Rico is delicious. The best Peruvian chicken in the area maybe the world.
