I'm right handed and I have no problem looking at the mini map from the left of my TV screen.I don't care if its a square or circle as long as there is a mini map that's work.I do agree with having the option to remove the domination points from off the screen.As far as music they need to do what 3arc did and make audio options music,cinematic,sfx and master volume.They also need to make an announcer sound option so that way you can mute him or slightly turn his volume down.

Where did this "if youre right handed you'll look to the top right notion come from"?? I dont do that. Also the map is the same distance from the center if it's on the top of the screen or the bottom. So unless ur peripheral vision is warped I. Some way I don't see how looking at the bottom of the screen will hinder ur view while the top won't. You're looking away from the center in either case. A good option would be to arrange the HUD how ever you please so as to not alienate anyone.

1st opinion: definitely, at the least they should make them smaller

2nd opinion: The minimap should be like battlefield where you can move it where you want

3rd opinion: They should have the option to change the shape of your map as well,

4th opinion: I think they should get rid of the music as far as during the game, but before the game i don't have a problem, and the alerts for like kill confirmed etc., should have a removal option, it does get somewhat annoying

In black ops you could go into audio options in game and change the volumes for all 4 tracks of audio. That way you could mute the music if you wanted; but for some reason mw3 doesn't. Probably because they're too lazy to change the engine.

Treyarch dealt with the flag pins. When you hover over them they disappear in blackops. Dunno why IW didnt implement it also.

@15millz Because IW doesn't like Treyarch. Friendly Semtex are not green, killfeeds are not always blue for your team, care packages are liabilities to teammates. It's MW 2.5 with the number of improvements they did. USP akimbo knifing is still around. The line is blurred between careless ignorance and things kept for entertainment (care packages arguable).

Like if someone jumps on B it says blah blah blah someones on B, but if someone jumps on A or C at the same time it doesn't call that out. But the icons do flash

All this stuff was possible on PC games until consoles took over and then developers took away a lot of the user customization. If developers would just have modification in mind they would be more successful. The easier you make it for the user base to add on to your game on their own the more likely the users will stick with the game and add to its life span rather than just having to rely on the hype monster and releasing the same game every year.

How about one of the main problems in the game, CAMPERS! If someone is not a sniper (and I don't mean quick scopers when I say snipers), stays in one spot for more than 10 seconds and is not regenerating HP or reloading after killing an enemy, they will start dying slowly, and will show up on the mini-map. If it happens three times in one match, they get kicked from the lobby. There should be no death streaks. There should be no quick scoping, it ruins the purpose of the sniper rifle.
