Take note that hes doing 30k+ each monster he hits and can hit up to 3 monsters. Also realize that Brandish has a MUCH larger range then Blast.

It's not; the weapon animation is for a 2h sword.

I believe that the weapon he is using is a cash shop item called "Christmas Bells". It masks over ANY weapon so we won't be able to tell if he's using an axe or sword. However, we can tell that it's a 2h weapon based on the skill animation as 1h's animation is different.
