The fat tax isn't hard to enforce at all. I don't know about in the US but in European countries there are frequently different levels of VAT (or Sales Tax) for different things (e.g. here in Ireland I believe some stuff is 0% so is 11% and some is 21%). All you have to do is add the tax when the person is buying food deemed "fatty". I don't think many people will cross the border to Germany to get their milk, cheese and McDonalds.

The poor dna investigation is one reason why this case is a big deal. There is an extreme lack of evidence that she killed anyone. The so called "evidence " against her is usually something like "she lied to the cops" which doesn't automatically mean she's guilty. People just make assumptions.

That's a pretty ignorant thing to say. Some of us eat multiple times during the day not because we're fat, but because we're on a bulking diet. I myself am currently about ~200lb bulking muscle to 225lb. This requires me to consume 6,000+ calories a day which includes milk, meats, cheeses and other shit being taxed.
