The Blue Peter badge is just a badge given out by a show called Blue Peter. There's different types for different things i.e the gold one David got for inspiration, green ones for enviroment. You were able to get one if you sent a picture or a letter or something along those lines in.

I did the sad rant when My Chris left, but it is the nature of the role for the Doctor to change in time. I think it is a sign of either sheer dumb luck or incredible skill that casting at Doctor Who have found a ten three times in a row. I loved David in time, and Matt Smith won me too, in turn. I will mourn when his time comes, too, I know. But I will never get Chris's ability to turn a goofy grin to deadly stare in a nanosecond out of my head. As for "no comedy talent? Give me a break.
