Laws are designed in such a way that they are violated by even the most law-abiding honest citizens. You want a passport, you have a waiting period of many months. In the meantime, you have to bribe policemen and Passport officials, even though you have done no wrong. You want a driving license? You will never get one unless the officials are bribed.

Bureaucracy is the biggest liability of Modern India whose sole purpose is to enrich officials & politicians. Only Libertarians can end corruption
