About Not being able to buy GMOD10 whilst being Dutch is bullshit, They don't even ship. Its just a License you buy to download the content from their servers. All you need is a Credit Card from your mommy (if you are not old enough to have one yourself)

Gmod 9 is disabled, you can't use gmod 9. Garry wants you to buy gmod 10. If you can't buy Gmod 10, sorry I can't help you

The fact that your from hollend or your dutch doesnt make a difference, I know about 30 Dutch clans in Gmod. you just need to buy the proper games.
