  • JAPAN POWER!!!FUCK AMERICAN MUSCLE

  • Only thing is the 70 boss looks like a 70 celica. I drive a celica and a Gto. Love em both.

  • Supra > Boss. Though the Boss is a good car nonetheless.

  • i wuld go for hybrid car, rx7 swapped corvette engine ls7.

  • 429 BOSS ALL THE WAY!

  • Supra 4 life I am going to get one someday... bad news there were only 11,000 from 93 to 98 imported to the US :(

  • @tbs13frisco i was being a troll, geenesis is mad gay

  • silly idea really, the focus is on a mk4 a 70 boss and marriage. I do agree as you learn more about one, fundamentals apply to both they are cars, they are internal combustion engines. Look power and feel is what everyone wants. I remeber when there was alot of ford or chevy going on when i was coming up but the truth is all manufacters make something decent you can improve upon. time and money is the diff between cool and COOL STORY BRUH.

  • I own a 1962 galaxie 500 a 1967 chevelle as and a 1990 mustang w a 70' boss 302 in it. I love American muscle. Let's face it, the supra is muscle for sure. Just Japanese muscle. Love em both

  • comparing a supra to a boss 429? random...

  • KEEP BUYING IMPORTS JAPS ARE GOING TO OWN EVERY THING

  • gay song , even gayer cars. My genesis is faster

  • @zacatetas try your genesis to my celica gts =)

  • This is a misleading title. How about "why cant we all just get along?" (:

  • give me an Asian car does not matter what type of model and type is musle cars are to OP

  • youtube should ban slideshows

  • Oh and mitsubishi makes the best 4cil engines for the need of power.

  • @nunu4692 ha no kidding, love my 6 bolt 4g63t

  • I just wanna say something, american engineers NEEDS to make a v8 engine to beat a supra 4I engine on a quarter mile, american engineers needs to copy cat japs suspension to handle tight turns, oh, american needs to copycat japs AWD systems! Im dying the day japs comes up with an v8 turbo engine. That day mustangs will b known for its v12 engines, got it!!! John sheperd you rock!!

  • and my favorite car is gt-r 34

  • i was rased in puerto rico around imports and its amazing wht they can do cus making a 4 cil run low 7 is really hard and in P.R we got 6 sec 4 cil i ges muscle cars people r just mad to c a 4cil blow there doors up and dont give me wrong i do like muscle cars but just not for me

  • @naytashav

    COOL STORY BRAH!!!

  • If you really can't decide between an American made and a Japanese made, go in the middle. Buy a BMW 3-series! :D I just love cars in general so i'll drive anything as long as it's not slow :D

  • I got Phototubed again

  • Imports are more easy to mod, muscle are not. Imports are better on gas, muscle is not. Imports have more luxury, Muscle is about feeling the road. I like muscle more.

  • actually people do give crap about liking certain sports.

  • not tryin to be racist but our country was bulilt on the back of the immigrants and the slaves, i mean the cotton slaves and the european immigrants that came over just sayin and i probably spelt a couple words wrong and i dont have spell check sorry

  • I'd shit my pants to drive a 98 Supra and also equally pants shit to drive a 57 Biscayne. Muscle cars are excellent, imports are excellent, thats how i've been, thats how im going to stay

  • How in the world can you compare a supra to an American muscle. That is a crime. You are for sure not from America

  • i dont hate import, i hate honda people. they dont know what they are talking about and after they make them selves look stupid, they still think there better

  • Its called being a competitor

  • This is like a fucked up version of getting Rick Rolled

  • If the time ever comes that I have a choice between the two.....well it doesn't matter because that will never happen...

  • Supras are my favorite cars. Ever.

I currently dirve a 99 Camaro and love it. I think both have their own pros and cons

  • Both are good cars..its the euros that need to be bashed on. They think theyre the best....GTi? Porsche? Good cars, but so expensive for no reason. Fuckk that, oh and they're sloooooow!

  • All of the cars in this video are shit.. however I would take cubic inches over no balls any day. Chevrolet: Winning, won.

  • Unless you have actually driven an American muscle car,you won't get it.

  • @wishen4fishen2 Exactly. I hate when people think their car is fast when they haven't driven other types of cars. I have a friend tell me his mom's PT Cruiser is fast... but I have driven more cars than I can count. And I'll tell you there is a BIG difference between my brother's '99 civic hatch and my LT1 Firebird. Unless you've seen it all and driven it all and have experience, don't judge.

  • i wonder what would happen if a supra had sex with a boss 302...lol

  • All the time the japanese cars!!!

  • those that think "domestics suck" r mostly ricer douchebags who probably

    either:

    -own a riced out civic

-got owned by the camaro or corvette they tried to pick on, as usual.

imports may rule elsewhere, but as long as ur here in the US of A

Muscle will always be above you guys. no replacement for displacement.

  • America: Big N/A OHV V8 blocks with omg-amount of torque from any revs. Crazy mechanical rumbling and lots&lots of tire smoke. Huge chassis, priority on power. Not too fuel efficient, low power/hp from size.

Japan: Small turbo I4 & I6 with DOHC & VVT. Insane top end power with high revs. Tech-laden with advanced AWD. Light chassis with priority on balance of power and handling. Fuel efficient despite easy power gains. Doesn't sound as mean; relies on mufflers. Little low-end grunt.

    Yup.

  • @Trades46 American: Manly

    Japan: Not manly.

  • @Axiarus Depending on your definition of 'manly'

I personally find very big displacement with a not-so-big hp output somewhat... UN-manly. Whereas I find using technology and high-revs to go faster... that is using your brain, and that's what real men do.

  • WE MUST COMBINE TO MURDER RICERS

  • SUPRA

  • Supra's and skylines are muscle cars...they are just japenese muscle

  • @kintarben While I like them both, you are wrong.

  • @Axiarus Hahaha ok.

  • @kintarben ha you wish just coz they good dont meen they muscle cars lol

  • @kintarben more like tuners there not american muscle thats for sure

  • @itstheonlymatrix "American" is the key word there. The Japanese see the Skyline and Supra as being their muscle cars just like we see a Mustang, Camaro, and GTO as being muscle here. They arent using a V6 or V8 but still muscle to them. If you look at an RX3 or other 60's and 70's Japanese muscle cars they resemble the American styles and shapes.

  • @kintarben Yeah im a little bit more fan of americans muscle cars, but no doubt and respect for the japanese muscle cars

  • @kintarben 2 bad american muscle is better

  • @kintarben wheres the v8?

  • @JDMFiyah oh

  • @kintarben there nicknames are the battle god and the winged beast from the east for cryin out loud

  • A combination must be possible.

  • Thanks for making this. Glad to see there are some other people out here who want a "one world, one people, one car culture" thing. Imagine if you could order a car from a factory with choices of body styles, solid rear axle or independent suspension, RWD or AWD, the list goes on.

  • @Idontreallycare80 not a bad idea

  • How are you gonna say japan makes the motor weaker?

Explain the supra mk3 90+ in japan they have a 1jz, in America they still have a 7m.

America has made the JDM cars weaker.

  • I had a ford ltd-s wagon from 1979 with a big V8, I love thad car but had to sell her. Now I have a peugeot 307 cc and it is at this moment a tuner. I like both type's of cars and I go to try to mix some old scool american muscle looks to my tuner. I will put pictures and clips om the net with the words: perfectmix between tuner and muscle.

  • how bout ricers and muscle cars all band together and bash this fag for this lame ass video

  • I'll stick with my 3000gt SL... It's not fast, it's not the best looking...its just a car.. You know, for typical car things... LIKE GETTING TO WORK..

  • Song: SLADE COME ON FEEL THE NOISE

    Date 1972

  • ehem... song name pleaaaaaase? :)

  • MUTE BUTTON - THANK YOU YOTUBE, what a gay slideshow

  • any car that is fast and loud gets me excited in my pants people who say imports are gay are just jealous cause toyota made one of the best engines ever supras are sexy and loud and fast you might be able to find a muscle car that is almost as fast as it in a straight line but what would happen if we werent going in a straight line well i have a 65 2door nova with a big block and it sure as hell doesnt turn good.....appreciate every car thats all i have to say

  • import is gay

  • muscle cars :*

I love the sound of V8 muscle cars :*<3

  • Nice video only reason why I hate imports is the people that rice em out other wise they fine with me

  • Truth is, I don't want badass written on my car. Because badass spelled backwards is douchebag. I want my car to be fast as fuck, because a car is about speed, not your fashion sense. Ricers fit both of those for me.

  • Most of the dislike from this videos are from Ford haters and import haters. Anyway, I wouldn't want a Mustang, I want a old school Pontiac GTO or a 69' Dodge Challenger R/T

  • nice video

  • i can bet that all of you assholes would like to have one supra in garage...

  • I think a 70 Hemi Cuda or Charger R/T would have been a MUCH better choice than a Mustang.

  • ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.... i like the boss.... fuck ricers

  • I love both in their own special ways. American muscle is pure badass, but the Japanese make cars that are fast AND handle well.

  • honestly both of those are in my top 5 cars to own is i was rich but yes to all you kids grow up both are good and both are designed differently how can you compare to things that were meant for different purposes you cant hell i love both i own an american car that comes stock with a japanese engine so there

  • Hahahaha what the HELL!!!!! Why do u even dare to compare that mustang man!! R u fucking insane!!!! Damn I'm mad at u! FUCK IMPORTS... We don't need that shit at all! We have all we need that's what u and a lot of dumb asses dont care to understand. It's not about being enemies its about competition!!!! And AMERICAN MUSCLE ANY FUCKING DAY BITCH!!! ANY FUCKING DAY!!!! Hahahaha... ( great song)

  • @2316severitaln dude, chill... its about taste... tips for you is, chill on the steroids, do not join the army, and take an anger management class. That would make the world a better place for the rest of us

  • @2316severitaln More "Imports" are built in america then "domestic". So if we got rid off all the "Imports" then "america" would go broke.

  • Sjdjd

  • Dude I personally fuckin love muscle cars, 5.0-302 Ford guy till the end, but I can appreciate imports too, hell I learned stick in a Civic hatch. Gotta love both, I would love owning a twin turbo AWD EVO as much as a Boss 302 Stang. Just my opinion.

  • I love imports well enough, heck I love cars in general be it a 68 Mustang or a 2011 WRX STI. The only thing I don't like are the Civics... or rather the Civic owners.

  • I like all cars but ide rather jump off a fucking cliff than drive foreign.

  • I like all types of cars I had inports and american... I've had a bagged and body dropped mazda 2200, I've had had a bagged s10, I had a stock ford ranger. I like a bodydropped truck just as much as a old muscle car, hot rod, or drift car.

  • American muscle all the way fuck your 1.5 liter soft drink ricers suck and so do you for making this video you fuck :] eat shit

  • @poopdick146 till you can take a little so called rice and keep up with corvettees, etc. also civics can make 1000hp, also I don't think that american muscle can slip like a inport can.

  • @poopdick146 - You do realize the Supra in this video is capable of pushing out over 1000hp right ? Fucking idiots these days.

What else do I expect from someone named "Poop Dick".. Spend less time up a mans ass and learn something.

  • @xDilutedx LOL i seriously lmfao out loud when i read that

  • @ryanclesi - You laugh because you do not understand. Like a mentally challenged person would laugh at things he does not understand.

    Good job.

  • @xDilutedx fuck off troll.

  • GTR > Supra

  • It should be American muscle AND Japanese imports becuase they are both amazing

  • @XxTOxICiTYxX1227 Agreed (8 year DSM Tuner)

  • @The4G63Life hell yea me two 4g63 monster

  • Hybrids are the way to go!

  • I'll always pick the Supra if it's MK4, but I own imports from germany, japan and an american car, but my german car is all supra under it's skin :)

I like mustangs, too, but they aren't top dog like Toyota! Oh what a feeling!

  • This video is promoting the unity of jap/tuner and american muscle car guys and what's in the comments? A bunch of tools arguing which is better, lol. Irony.

  • Yea supra lover first person i agree wit this so tru everybody wit wat they like. Supras are sexy aslwell as muscle

  • Damn right, fuck you all who only love domestic and hate everything import, and fuck you all who only love import and hate everything domestic, these are not mobile phone operating systems were talkin' about

  • I see diversity as more of a negative, when entire American cities have spanish radio stations street signs billboards and television programs theres something wrong....i dont mean a few here and there i mean every single radio station in that entire city is in spanish and every billboard road sign drive through menus EVERYTHING

  • Should have shown a couple more pics tho lol!

  • I completely agree! They should mix the two styles of cars and create a supra boss! Haha I would love to own either car so mixing them together to create an amazing ride would be sweet:)

  • yeeeahh... well, you see - german cars have already made the ''technology+displacement'' marriage.. 5.0 V10 that pumps 507hp STOCK, tuning companies that make 750 and 800hp PRODUCTION models of them.. 4.0 V8 that pumps 420hp STOCK, tuning companies that make 700hp PRODUCTION models of them.. seriously - drop USDM, drop JDM and go german! :D

  • European all the way

  • American Muscle.

  • Ultimate test - Lets roll both cars across Barrett Jackson and see which one brings more. The defense rest

  • Gay

  • imports are way better better handeling, speed, acelaration, and just about every thing else (mostly looks(and sorry for spelling))

  • @TheCanadapwnu that is based on opinion there buddy... There are plenty of American Cars that can out handles, out accelerate and out perform any import... The zr1 and z06 and a prime example... it beat the 2012 GTR in the virginia international speedway, along with the 458 italia and other imports... there are 3 american companies, yet their cars are int he top TEN best cars... there are how many IMPORT companies? check the nurburgring times as well...ur about to be sad

  • its all about the engine whether its in a supra or chevelle

as long as its not a 4cylinder that sounds like a lawn mower its good with me

  • @thekash1 yea buddy, i aint much for japanese imports tho...not trash tlkin em tho cuz i respect the kinda power they r able to squeeze out of engines w smaller dispacement than a vette or a viper has.....im more of a classic muscle car guy, gotta love the grand nationals...kinda funny, mite have never been a supra w/o a GN lol

  • supras are more reliable then any muscle cars. u can beat the fuck out of the supra everyday and its still strong like a bullet. wit muscle cars u do one drag race boom there goes ur engine gotta rebuild it again.

  • Anybody notice that the bad ass muscle car was a MOTHERFUCKING MUSTANG!? I would donate my 5.0 to Japan just to see what they would do with it ( live in it ), but i like all cars. Except Civics, fuck civics.

  • @sledge244 civics are defiantly my most hated car

  • @sledge244 u dont like civic cuz u get smoke by them!! LOL V8 cars Suck like shit!! WASTE OF MONEY ON GAS AND THEY STILL SLOW!!

  • @bboyfly1031 Okay then, i want you to build a 4 cylinder that will push 3500 lbs down a track in 8 seconds, then you can talk shit, they both have their purposes. I dont like Civics because they are ugly, and are not fast, yes they can be fun cars but they are not fast cars. They're just popular because it takes alot of money to make them fast, when the same amount of money can make a V8 faster, now put a built V8 in a civic you got one bad motherfucker, weight to power ratio man.

  • @sledge244 You ever driven an eg civic with a k20a swap? Amazing combination they are a blast to drive. Stock civics suck lol.

  • @USSRman45 Nope, never driven a Civic, i don't like the body. Maybe in the future but not now, i have a 87 convertible fox to restore.

  • @sledge244 Have fun with that my brother just restored a black on black 25th anniversary edition 5.0. I would actually like to do a k20a swap on a eg6 someday or really any car project for that matter my dc5 is boring me now.

  • @sledge244 dude a "Boss" is a mustang you should have know that maybe

  • @sledge244 hahahahahahaha the end of your comment made me laugh like hell man hahahahaha XD

  • @sledge244 Guess you never noticed that american aftermarket companies make the real power. No one in japan makes the kind of power we make state side, not even with jap cars. So what would be the point of donating a car to somewhere that doesnt know how to make real power?

  • @nallen100 wtf are you talking about. jap engines can make mad power and whoop american cars all day. its all about how much money u put into it. any car can be fast and make big DYNO numbers import or american.

  • @google1415 You said send it to japan dumb shit. American shops make more power with jap cars then japan does. We build the fastest and highest hp cars here state side. If a jap car is fast its because an american shop built it. Get it now?

  • @nallen100 WHAT! ARE YOU STUPID! how do you think we figured out how to do that? from JAPAN. american shops are doing the same thing japan has been doing for a long time, america just copy cats them. have you ever heard of spoon? or mugen? man do some research.

  • @google1415 Put the crack pipe down kid. Every horsepower and 1/4 mile record for civics, supras, skylines, etc are held by an american shop. Take titan for example, based right in orlando, holds every supra and 2jz record lol.And last i knew the worlds fastest civic was going back and forth between like 4 different american shops. So maybe take some of your own advice and do som research kid

  • @nallen100 your missing the point. so a shop built it...... but using knowledge, technology, and parts from japan. and theyre always just copying what japan has created or already done. big whoop a shop pieced together a fast car using japanese stuff..... doesnt make it american. not to mention japan has a totally different approach to there vehicles because of the terrain. if they wanted to break those records itd b no problem

  • @google1415 No, my point is. American shops using american made parts and tuned by americans own basically all the import records. At least the ones anyone cares about. For my dsm, i wouldnt even know where to get jap parts for it, other then hks cams. But the list of american vendors selling american parts for it are endless. Same story for all the rest. America invented power.

  • @nallen100 1) the best placcfe to get parts for yer DSM would be from american aftermarket manufacturers and machinists (spec yer own parts dude). 2) The GERMANS invented power, British the handling, Japanese the potential, and Americans the EXCESS. :P

  • @SStarwind Spec my parts? You mean custom spec? Why? There is every combo imaginable already available. And you know the drivetrain is straight from mitsubishi, so why would an american shop be a better place to get parts for a jap car unless...my previous point is correct. And the germans invented power? How so? They didnt even have their own car manufacturer till some 20 years after the US.

  • @nallen100 Yes, make your own parts. If you know what you're doing and what you want, it isn't that difficult to go to a good machinist and say, "hey, I want [this] lobe lift with [this] duration and centerline made from [that] type of steel." You can know the measurements and spec of your driveline and go to a good machinist and have them make a spur-cut version, or a slightly altered version...if you know what you want and what you're doing. It makes a much more cool build doing it yourself :)

  • @SStarwind No one can contend with the power detroit was making in the 50's and 60's during the boom of the muscle car era. Imports got big for a minute, untill everyone realized how unreliable modified imports are. But during the import craze of the late 90's, america took every record there is with them. I agree with the excess but i think the ones who do it better deserve more credit then who did it first anyway.

  • @nallen100 Americans had the EXCESS. Yes they had more power in general, but they were also more that twice the size of German engines. The 7.4L big block put out 450HP off the showroom floor. Around the same time, Porsche hade the 3.0H6 putting out 260HP , as an example., but, all things considered, many of the world manufacturers were pretty close in technology (save for Farrari and Bugatti being typically ahead of their time). American just made everything BIGGER, which is still cool.

  • @SStarwind I hear ya. I respect making big power in a little package. I wouldnt own a dsm if i didnt. But at the same time, i know making big power on small c.i makes the engines life span decrease by 110% lol. A big engine makes big power more reliably. My buddy just finished a big block pontiac, dyno'd 580/600 on a n/a low compression street build on pump gas. Try that in a 2.0L lol. Thats why the vettes went from 5.7 to 6.2L to make more power and make it reliably.

  • @SStarwind Because it still has to go 300k miles, 100k of that under warranty. And get 20+ mpg.

  • @nallen100 I might have to disagree. You can have a 500HP Evo that goes 100+K miles. It isn't the mods that make the car unreliable, it's USING them. If you drive normally, it doesn't matter what mods are done as far as power goes (though when it comes to N/A engines, "normally" is difficult when built to such power). I think te driver plays a bigger role in how long a car lasts than the car itself.

  • @SStarwind yes driving right helps but the extra hp you put in puts extra stress and parts you didnt change i mean you put 500hp into the engine and keep the tranny stock its going to quit, this is just an example. most people are smart enough to upgrade tranny for that much hp

  • @SStarwind You may be able to make a slight argument with boosted cars, since your able to stay out of boost on normal driving. But 500hp evo isnt going to be all that fun to drive in stop n go traffic, big cams and heavy clutch = major pain in the ass, haha. Clutch chatter, and having no low end power at all. That big block pontiac putting 580 through an auto drives like butter. The driver does matter, but if you went pull for pull id bet my house on the 2.0L puking first.

  • @nallen100 True, the Evo would puke first. NOW if it were a 500HP SUBARU there'd be no puking at all ;)

  • @SStarwind I mean alot of the import guys put on a big front when defending their cars, but at the track they are just hoping for a clean pass. Import shoot outs are fading out because every other car shits its guts all over the track. Half the day is wasted hearing "lets take this chance to thank our sponsors while they get the track cleaned up". At the dsm/evo shoot out in ohio, you're banned from the track if you run coolant instead of water and your motor pops. Its that frequent

  • @sledge244 amen another mustang lover! I thought i had fallen in to mopar and chevy hell. and all they do is talk shit about mustangs and i love mine and all i have had come and go in my life.

  • good video. good video.

  • MADE IN CHINA!!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • race inspired cosmetic enhancement!!!! any thing can be riced out!

  • supra dominates all

  • @gta4supra not really all ,the rx-7 can top with it

  • ahahaha a VQ35 lol you got to be shitting me , man I do not know what kind of "muscle cars " you race. But were I am from that shit would get fucking murdered on the street , and theres no shitty mustangs here , thats all I ever hear from import guys " ya well you just wait till a corner comes then you will be sorry" fuck that, racing is not even about that its about a slug fest on the street light to light or the 1/4 mile balls out none of this fucking drifting bull shit.

  • Why compare it to a Boss? Yea they are sweet ass cars but they are way to heavy to race a Supra.. Should of compared it to a '90-'93 Foxbody or a 2004 Saleen..

  • the back tire of the boss was bigger than the supra engine

  • I know a few of my buddies couldn't decide that he'd have both muscle style and import tuning so he took a 1989 firebird shell and dropped in a 1999 skyline gt-r motor in it and his friend did his the opposite way by putting a muscle into a tuner vehiles they both told me it was alot of work to rewire the main components but they made them work. And just saying I like both import and demestic but I like demestic more more

  • I agree with the fact that american muscle cars and imports like mazda, honda, toyota are all great cars it is a matter of taste and if someone likes an american cars or an import just enjoy them. There is no reason to make inmature and stupid or even insulting comments just because someone doesnot like the car or were they were made.I own a 1983 Pontiac Trans am with 16 inch aluminum wheels that came from a 1988 Trans am Gta and they were made in japan and this is oem american equipment.

  • i agree that bolth are amazing, me having started out in an american muscle with my 69 impala sc, but now i have a 94 supra and love hem bolth. people may have there favorites but you cant deny that they are bolth amazing machines.

  • This is a good vid and you make a great point. I like having the choice of getting import or domestic cars. Great toys for us all!

  • supra :D

  • who puts mustang and dream car in the same topic?

  • I drive muscle (86 Grand National) and have great respect for all cars. the supra is a quick car. Not sure why every video someone has to be hating

  • stop being such assholes to this guy. leave him alone. do yo thang mane fuck what they lookin at!

  • wat is ur f-ing point... first u only showed two cars and really i dont get the video... something about show room and idk wat shit... get a life

  • i entirely agree, cant we all just get along? you just want to play around and the guy in the mustang or whatever gets all afended cause you think you might be able to take him! come on i just wanna race and have fun. i beat this moded cobra svt and the guy was so ashamed he wouldnt even look at me. come on im just playin! put a smile on your face! we all enjoy the same thing POWER! theres more than one way to skin a cat!

  • Cultural diversity is a sham that does nothing more than to isolate Americans in to little sub-cultures. There is only one culture in the United States and that is the American culture. If you wish to hang on to your ethnic heritage that's fine, as long as we are all Americans first and not something else. The American V8 motor has dominated the racetracks of the world for years and will continue to do so indefinitley.

  • Good Lawd that is beautiful *wipes tear from eye* sadly I am a poor broke college student and cant afford either one LOL...and I agree with you...I love the beauty of both sides :)

  • muscle is all was winning big time because they are american

  • Guys guys, everybody here is contradicting the message of the video. I love American Muscle as you can see in my profile, but I can also appreciate a good tuner car.

  • electric cars FTW
