  • Little Houdini!!! Look at the little guy go!

  • lmao he seemed like he was used to hittin his head. barely hurt lmaooooooooooooo

  • So cute :-)

  • 0:32 ouch

  • I just started using it on my 3 month old son. When he starts trying to push himself out of it, it's a cue for me that he wants out. I wait till he starts crying and then I get him out.

  • okay lets get real people... who leaves a child unattended anyways?

    can we say NEGLECT!

  • @Greenbaby81 The child's not unattended. The mother is right there behind the video camera.

  • look how happy that little guy is with himself! it's wonderful to see babies learn how to maneuver their bodies :-)

  • how old was he in this video?

  • Awww, lol.

  • That was too funny! I love the noises he makes too. Such determination! We just put our 2 month old in the bumbo for a test run the other day and I know she will probably do the same stuff

  • This is a cute video. I agree it is sharing a moment and not just about Bumbo safety.

  • Once I baby can sit up on his own why should you be using the bumbo? It's not suppose to be used as a way to confine the child, it's suppose to help them sit up before they have the muscle control to do it on their own. Once they can do it alone, put Bumbo away so they don't flip out and hurt themselves. Think about it people!

  • Ahaha Hes so chunky! How cute ^-^

  • cute video, people are stupid to say otherwise. that child obviously has great parenting in his life.

  • Bumbo is not so good as i think first...

We get one for our daughter too, but they escape very fast :)

She's doing the same thing as you boy to go out, very intelligent kids :)

  • Bumbos aren't inteded for children who can sit up on their own, let alone for children who have locomotion abilities. I used the Bumbo for our daughter only between the times when she started to hold her own head up, and when she learned to sit up on her own. Kids who can do more than that don't need the Bumbo. Although I admit it was cute that my 5-year-old son could fit in there. We all thought that was funny. But I didn't want anyone to fall out of it and smack their faces on the ground. Ugh.

  • Ha ha! I love the grunts of effort. I guess the bonus is that he's probably working muscles he wouldn't otherwise...?

  • Okay, seriously, you people need to get a life. That child on screen just so happens to be 4 now and is scaling my walls as sport. That's his "thing" and he LOVES it. I have 3 healthy children and the last thing I want is for my children to be in danger, but lets face it, you can't be there 24/7 and things happen. It's part of LIFE! It's a cute video, NOT a lesson on Bumbo safety...but a funny moment shared by me and my son...who I happen to adore. Enough already!

  • @kaseylc I got a Bumbo for my kid, she's getting use to it and I watch her. Just like you were doing. I saw nothing wrong.

  • Yeah, is anybody else seeing somebody making a point by letting their kid fall on their face?

Seriously, if the kid wants out, let him out. You can't rely on a device to hold them forever.

  • the bumbo seat is for infants who can support their own heads, but who cannot yet sit upright without support. babies do outgrow the bumbo seat, as is proof in this video. At least in this case, the child is supervised and it makes a cute video to show the child is growing up and learning to use his body to wriggle out of tight squeezes. It is cute. I have read too many comments about parents leaving their child in the bumbo alone in the room.

  • thats to cute... =]

  • this just goes to show that the bumbo should not be used once a child can get out.. a real safety issue if not being properly supervised

  • Very cute!!! :o)

  • stupid mama!

He did not like the bumbo!

    Poor little guy :(

  • aww poor baby he couldn't get out. :)

  • soo cute

  • LOL! so cute =)

  • How old is he here? I'm trying to decide if I should get one or not.

  • That was epic, totally AFV worthy!

  • aaaaaaw what a wee cutie.cant wait till my wee boys bumbo arrives.

  • Hes so cute! Hes so happy to be free. I can't stop watching this video!

  • he is a baby that rather than videos can also get out whenever!

  • my baby does that too! he's adorable!! crawls fast too. haha.

  • Ha ha! And this is why Bumbos aren't to be used up on high surfaces! Follow the directions people. Let them wriggle out onto the floor like this cutie pie!

  • that is a smart baby

  • I laughed so much i had tears OMG!

  • at the very end he said "houdini, eat your heart out"

  • awe how cute. he looks sooo happy to be free!

  • Determined little fella!

  • Cute kid. He's like, "I'm free."

  • he's really cute. he looked soo happy when he got out of his seat. lol. very cute.

  • I'm just glad to know I'm not the only one who looks at her baby and says "YOU DID IT! YOU DID IT! YAAAAAAAY!" in a ridiculously high pitched voice!! LOL

  • hahaha i think ALL mommies do that. lol i know i did/do.

  • my 6 month old started doing the SAME thing at about 5 1/2 months. too cute! good job, caleb!

  • Oh my...guess I better stop sitting my baby in his bumbo on the tabletops ;-)

  • ....pretty baby
