Sorry mate but that wasn't knocking someone out. That was using the persons body weight above the knee joint by off-balancing and de-stabilizing the person by forcing the knee to buckle which doesn't take a lot of force to begin with.

Its not fake its just a wrong interpretation of a pressure point, its rather a weak sport on the leg which is behind and lateral (outside) of the knee joint. There is absolutely nothing gay about this video, unless you choose to watch it in a gay manner.
