You're actually describing what Common Purpose and others DO. They break real community bonds, with propaganda and facilitated instances, and then move in to rearrange and exploit it into an Agenda 21 commune.

This is typical modus operandi with ghouls and gangsters who use the cover of 'charity', from the Bolsheviks and the Nazi arbeiter organizations, to these foundation-run NGOs, like Common Purpose.

It's like Bilderberg.... IE it's a way of getting together to conspire but not getting caught bang at it... these secret clubs must be stopped.
