I should point out that their lifespan is not well documented being they are relatively new to the pet trade. More conservative numbers are 30-35 years.
Caiques can live from 35-45 years in captivity. Nani is not loud compared other parrots. However, she can scream when she wants to (usually if I leave the room and she knows I'm in the kitchen...she knows I have potential goodies for her). But there are long periods of complete silence during the day as well as very melodious singing and whistling she does. If she gets too loud and can't calm down I put her in a travel cage in the bathroom. She loves the echo and starts her pretty sounds again.

@Nikki96ify they live around 35-45 years and my caique is fairly loud when he wants to be but they are a handful and they require alot of attention(:
