Really, people, first of all this is OLD. He doesn't dress like this anymore, he even changed his hair color because of people comparing him to Bill. Besides, he was encouraged to cosplay bill a bit by friends because he NATURALLY looked like him, and now that he has, people compare him to Bill even when he's being himself. Maybe he resembles Bill a bit in his looks or habits, but that doesn't mean he's bad or dumb. I am a big fan of them both, and it's quite cruel to talk about him like that.
