  • 3:46 lol

  • ...gay

  • 3.32 onwards, its like jeez man, calm down XD

  • I would love one. But my friend got one and 6 months later the screen died. He got it fixed but then he sold it and got an iPod touch. :(

  • stop @ 4:34

  • I actualluy am 12 :P

  • How to make a iPod shuffle and a iPod nano:

    1. Take a old iPod nano

    2. Cut it in half

    3. Now the buttom part is the shuffle, and the top is the new nano

  • hahahahahhah DO YOU REALLY THINK THEYD MAKE A NEW ONE?!?!?!

  • I turned ipod nano 6th gen into a watch. I use it at work for 3 functions: music, watch (time), stop watch.

  • I just lost (dropped it inside a taxi) my 5th generation video ipod 30gb (2005 model), and yeah, I will probably get this tiny Nano ipod tomorow. it looks sleek. and I only want it for playing music, and easy and acurate browsing of my songs, so I guess this is what I'll get. hater will hate.

  • I wonder if the iPod touch will get the FM Radio soon??? And I don't like this model all that much....

  • What is your monitor?

  • lol ur so awesome chris

  • I had the the second gen ipod nano and i loved it this one not so much i was rather disapointed to see that it was a 1 inch screen shuffle.

  • I use to have a ipod touch 2g it was awesome at the time but on videos and a small screen no I kinda don't like the new nano rather have a 5g bigger screen video playback and it was already small enough maybe they should go back to that remove the click wheel and put a 2 inch touch screen I would buy that call it the ipod touchnano

  • 0:36 they took away the click wheel and made that teh shuffle

  • i have own an ipod nano(3rd gen) it was great for listining to music, then i got a ipod touch.

  • I want one as a watch, kinda fancy.

  • i have the 5th gen i only use it for the radio. Dont use the ipod function or the camera. YES Chris people do listen to the FM radio. i still do use my iphone and itouch but will be using my new blackberry more then my iphone love it

  • I use to have an iPod nano It sucked

  • spastic

  • I would be interested in buying this new nano. I've had a nano 4 for a while now. I prefer to have a music player so, the nano makes a good ipod mp3 player.

  • lol this is the best video done by chris im feeling the passion :P

  • 3:20 - 3:47 LOL

  • OR grab an mp3 player off eBay from china for $10 and fuck off i tunes

  • @MrPoxman hahahahaha true

  • fuck this nano, i bought a 1st gen nano in 06, a 2nd, and a 4th gen, along with touches and iphones and old school ipods.

This new nano would be okay if its feature reduction was represented by a price reduction, are we honestly to believe something half as big as the old nano costs as much to manufacture? for god sakes just the screen part is smaller then the 5g's screen, why not keep the wide screen format, it would look way more stylish and you could actually fit a fucking finger it

  • His sanity left him along with his second wife...

  • omg you make 3120 videos

    you're crazy guy

  • poor idiot....

  • actually I have giant mobile and it's horrible for music so yeah I value space in my pocket :)

  • I own an ipod nano 3G. to my, this is the best nano, because it's the one that introduced cover flow. i now use an ipod touch 2G

  • 1st gen nano, 3rd gen nano, 4th gen nano, 2g Touch and 7th gen classic. no i'm not interested, they made it smaller (because i guess it was to big? lol ) and made it touch based, but they charge the same amount for no camera and no VIDEO (ya you can't watch video on it) because they just want people to buy the new touch... i bought a classic after i lost my touch because it plays video and it holds all my music..

  • idont own one im getting an itouch 4g with my previous iphone 3gs.nano 6g rocks becaus it could be a watch a name tag, hair clip (idk),earring (definitely dk),(necklace(idk).you get the point its all bout the clip

  • Pause this video @ 0:48 for a laugh. "Touchy, feely"

  • Camera is out of focus

  • i own a nano and so does my dad

  • This is why I subscribe to lockergnome, Chris makes videos which are entertaining, yet informative! Awesome videos :)

  • Crappy batery, impossible to work with big hands and costs way way WAY too much for what it has to offer!

  • My first iPod was the 4th gen iPod nano 8gb.later that year I saw the 5th gen and regreted buying it. One day in 2010 my uncle randomly got me the 3rd gen shuffle because he has not seen me in years. Now I own and love a 4th gen iPod touch !

  • I have the last gen Nano, I don't see any reason to upgrade honestly. In 12 months they will come out with the iPod Nano touch with a camera, and try to sell the same device with the same features that plays the same music, with a cheap camera attached, just like they did with the last two generations.

  • as u said some if your viewers are 12 years old i am in fact 12 but i have lived long enough to buy an ipod nano i had the 4th generation 8gb i bought it on the 12th of march 2008 and since then in march 4th 2010 i bought the ipod touch 3rd generation 32gb and it was a huge improvement so i have came to a conclusion to buy the 6th gen ipod nano 16gb

  • My ipod nano 5th gen went through the wash, so I'm getting this. I never watched video, used the camera, or played games on my old ipod nano. So this is pretty cool.

  • Dont like it cuz i lose ny 5g nano and this one looks to light and dosnt feel right sorry apple but u •••••• up this time theb again i thought that with ipad and its pretty good dunno the nano might take off

  • Pick up your fr33 Ipad at this point ipad2go?info change ? to .

  • dude you rock

  • Me and i got this one for jogging. Awesome products.

  • The iPod Nano should have been called 5th gen iPod Shuffle, 4th if you don't count the recent iPod Shuffle that apparently came out Septemer 1st.

  • I got the new Touch because of all the features, but if I needed a device just to play music I would probably try the nano.

  • I have A nano 4g and i am perfectly fine with it. I like the style of the nano but the touch sdreen is too small. I want the new touch 4g it is so cool! And puls u rock Chris I watch all ur vids

  • I actually like the new iPod nano. I have the third generation nano and its annoying because i cant take it to the gym with ease. The clip would be very nice. I tried it out at the store and if feels very good. It would go great with the head phones with the remote. Plus i need more music space. :P So more space would be good.

  • I only have a 5th gen nano, I don't like the new nano cuz it costs too much for the amount of features it has, and my friend wants one, and he has an ipod nano, ipod shuffle and an ipod touch.

  • Ummm i have an i phone and i have had the 2nd gen ipod nano. and i dont like the new ipod nano because it is TO small like its impossible to use comfortably. and that is why i dont like the new ipod nano

    ~THX~;B

  • I took a screen shot picture if you and pasted a big black dick in your mouth looks really good. Anyone that wants the pic give me your email

  • Haha Chris you crack me up. So I'm only 15 and have owned first the iPod mini, then I got the nano 2nd gen and just a little over a year ago I got the nano 4th gen. So I use that as my primary music source but I just got the iPad a month ago so I use that more. I use my nano at school thought and on the bus and whatnot. I don't Feel like getting my iPad stolen haha anyway I don't like the new nano. I like my click wheel on my nano and if I want touch I'll just use my iPad:) btw, have you gotten

  • i owned a first gen ipod nano for about a year before it started acting up, the lock permanately was set on and my warrenty with apple JUST EXPIRED! Being the cheap person I am, I replaced the nano with a first gen shuffle I got from a friend, it worked fine but the shuffles overall usability just isn't what i wanted(the ability to easily listen to entire albums). Picked up a Zune 80 summer of 2007 and havent had a problem with it, plan on sticking with the zune line as long as I can.

  • FUCK ADS SERIOUSLY AM I THE ONLY ONE GETTING PISS AT ADS!

  • I have owned a iPod nano 2 nd gen now I have a touch but I like the new nano but I dont think I will buy one

  • your a nut

  • I have never owned or will own an ipod until they upgrade or improve on their sound chip although the sound is decent, other mp3 players offer better sound or lossless formats like FLAC oh and i also dont like itunes.. but that doesnt really matter

  • anyone notice the quality drop?

  • u should shout on the nano one

  • i have owned a ipod nano 3rd gen and i LOVED IT untill i got my ipod touch which i LOVE EVEN MORE

seriously that thing is like my child

anyways i would never but this because the screen is to small and theres no video function and its fucking tiny for a nano

JUST BUY A SHUFFLE IT $100 CHEAPER :P

  • The previous generation iPod Nano was an incredible design whether or not it made sense for iPhone owners to have one, with the elliptical shape, long portrait screen for lists, accelerometer for graphical media, and the camera!!! I was sad that if I were to have an iPhone it wouldn't make sense to have that Nano, and I'm sad that they had to ditch it.

  • I've never owned an iPod Nano, and won't own one. Because it's all about the Classics!

  • Is it me, or is the autofocus NOT doing its job very well?

  • i live ur expresion i own the pod 5g i whould try it out then buy it

  • calm down man. It's just a device.

  • I have a ipod mini. 4gigs. blue. ive dropped it in a puddle, fully submerged. still works. screw the nanos. mini is built like a brick. a black and white screen brick that plays music.

  • I have the last gen. ipod shuffle and the ipod touch 3g. Tonight, I am getting the new nano!!!!

  • I think the new nano is very dinky and adds some of the higher-end godness to the lower-priced nano BUT Apple took away many of the things that alot of folk liked about the old nano. Playing videos even if not many ppl did it was a bonus, as was the larger screen, some ppl liked the click wheel, and no camera, so in essence your getting less for the same price as the older nano, I would buy the previous gen nano myself if that was what I wanted., screens too small I prefer iPad/ipod Touch

  • I just have unsubscribed because your acting like a .....

  • @12345432111110 WAAHHHHHH WAHHHH!!!!!

  • @12345432111110 he doesnt care...

  • @12345432111110 u fool he's triyin to make his video more fun.

  • i have a ipod nano 5g i think the new one is ok but maybe a bit small for a touch screen

  • The new iPod Nano practically replaced the Shuffle with it's clip on style.

I own a (don't laugh) first generation iPod Touch. :o)

  • i got a nano 3rd gen to jam in my car works good dont think imma buy the new one

  • The new nano should have been the new shuffle

  • I don't have any Apple products.

  • ipod nano for glasses. We could clip one on either end of our frames and have a small ear phone cord for our ears. Who needs a belt clip.

  • hahaha if u get that 1 thay will make a new 1 u wont in a month or 2 and u will wont thAt

  • Not interested in the new nano, but so want the new iPod Touch. Though I may hold off until the next gen.

  • @Noodless121 -- You are wise to wait until the next generation iPod Touch because it will have a new feature that is missing in this generation.

The question is, what new feature will Apple add?

  • @TechTalkGuy do you mean iPod Touch 5G?

  • @TechTalkGuy Hmm, I don't know. Though I now may get this gen because my current model seems to be dying on me. =(

  • i have an ipod mini, and it still works and im using it today, IPOD MINI is da best.

  • I have never had a nano but I have got n iPhone and did have an iPod Touch. I like the new nano though, I might actually but it!

  • i have one. I would not get one i would ratther just get a iPod touch !

    should i even say why ? o.o

  • iPod nano has bluetooth? never had a NANO, but I like the new one because 24 hour batery life and its TINY! 16 gigs is nice

  • I have a nano. But It is working fine for me. Since nano is mainly for music, I don't think I need this one since it doe pretty much the same thing.

  • Hate new ipod nano love the past 2 ones :P

  • I'm 10 and I had a iPod nano I like the nano because it look the felling in your hand is outstanding

  • dude you are so fuckin crazy.

  • great video, but you should disable autofocus if you dont plan on moving the camera around

  • still using my nano 1gen cause my touch 2gen and, no, i don't want the new nano...

next ipod will be a touch, perhaps the one just released, perhaps the one after it...

  • Thank G-d I got the old one.

  • i had the 2g ipod nano i have the 2g itouch but i want this one

  • The only thing I hated on the Nano 5th gen was the camera. What's the meaning of a camera on a MUSIC-player. Also, the screen of the 4th and 5th gen were too smaal to watch videos.

  • the first gen nano was my first ipod, then i got the first gen touch, but after the headphone jack broke i got the fifth gen nano (camera one) to survive on until the touch had a camera/cameras. i think this is a cool update, but it's definitely a downgrade from the fifth gen nano. the nano seems to have gone from nice iPod to nice little trinket in a single update. i'll be getting the new touch

  • the ipod nano is just a smaller size of itouch 3g -.-

  • I think its totally awesome

its what it should be, and its called nano, so the constant enlargement of the last few models kinda confused me anyway.

  • cant'

  • oops

  • ipod nanos can play videos.

  • My very first ever Apple product was a 2nd generation iPod nano! :) Now a few years later I've got a MacBook and an iPhone too! It was love at first sight with me and Apple... :P

  • I had an iPod Nano 3G as my very first iPod, though I replaced it with an iPod Touch 2G. I wouldn't get the new iPod Nano because it doesn't have the video playback feature like many of it's previous generations had. I'm going to get the new iPod Touch 4G with the built-in cams, facetime and more. =D

  • It's a music player, not a smart device.... If you want contacts, calender, games etc get the damn ipod touch.

  • Wow, another Apple commercial.

  • pweeeasseeee! STFU.... arigato XD a55h013

  • How did you get the logo off your monitor?

  • this should've been the new shuffles, the nano downgraded by getting rid of the camera and video all together! :(

  • ive had 3 nanos and im 15.....but that new ipod touch!! its amazing

  • I own the Zune, I prefer the freedom Microsoft gives me for my music.

  • @atomicmeatballs i own a zune hd. and that statement is bollocks

  • im gonna stick to my iphone 4 and ipod nano 5g which by the way is much better then this new one

  • I currently have the 4th gen iPod Nano and I love it. Ditched it cause I got an iPad. I would want one of these to replace my current iPod.

  • not interested in the new nano cause i ordered the 32 GB iPod touch

  • I had the 1st gen Nano and i loved it. It was only 2gb, but still loved it. I liked how simple it was and it was for music, Unlike the iPod Touch (Which i have) But i really like the new Nano, Its really cool. But i'm not going to get one for the fact i have a Touch and a 30gb 5th Gen... Yes i love the older iPods. But i do think Apple should have made this the Shuffle....

  • "I MEAN, IF NO ONE WAS BUYING IPOD NANO'S!! DO YA REALLY THINK THEY'D MAKE A NEW ONE!?!?! i dont think so" ROTFLOL!!!!

    3:41 - 3:49

  • you make laugh

the new ipod nano is really nice

    it looks like a watch

  • ive never owned or will ever own an ipod anything because its overpriced and im not gonna have to use some stupid software just to put music on my ipod plug and play with no software!

  • What i don't understand why did they take the camera out Also people a probably going just going to buy the classic or the i pod touch !!!

  • OMG you are so HYPOCRITE. I saw the video that you said WHAT THE HELL IS THAT? You did what you said to us not to do.

  • Dude... what's with your camera's focus?

  • if you! like to molest your music than this is for you

  • NO..

  • Why do you carry on like a retard?

I like your vids but man you're getting hard to watch and listen too.

  • @lmaox10 i agree, the bad humour lately makes me puke in my mouth :(

  • I have an iPOD touch and i use my iPAQ more. But this iPOD nano is not 4 me.

  • I have 2 ipods nano, but after my iphone 4 i'm not interested in this one, .. but its cute i might buy it just like that ...

  • I have a nano 3rd gen and its awsome. the wife has a nano with the motion sensor. but touch screen totaly defeats the need for nano. Will not be purchasing this product.

  • never have had an ipod nano and never will specially now that they are so gay! small and touch screen; deleting feature the previous model had is no way to do business.

  • fooocus

  • 3:30-3:48 ....HYPOCRITE. lol. watch the ipod shuffle video. and you will see

  • What i am wanting to know is if the iPod touch cameras have Photobooth effects that we can use like the previous nano.

  • I had a iPod nano 4G and I liked for the time I used it. BUT, when i got the iPod touch 3G. I never used again as my primary iPod. The new nano is a bit small and has limited features. At Christmas, I will be getting the new touch. FaceTime and the Retina display is what is really attracting me. I am 32 GB guy.

  • I have owned an iPod Nano and while I seem to use my iPad for music more than I thought, I have a reason to want this product. I plan to buy it at its fairly inexpensive price, then clip it on to a watch band to use as a watch. Don't you think that is a good idea? It would also be a great conversation piece as a watch.

  • see you later. 

  • I don't have a Nano, but I do have a Touch, I don't feel like I would get this nano as I feel like this is a Downgrade instead of an upgrade for the nano, mostly as I like the feel of the click wheel, I do think it can be used as a cool watch though.

  • Well i did once apon a time have a nano; and i would purchace this BECAUSSEEE i heard of the great idea to wear it as a watch! and its pretty much in tht price rane soo yaah

  • why are you yelling!

  • @TheVegandave BECAUSE HE CARES

  • mm not really like it but i used to have one it was good for exercise but now with touchscreen i prefer my htc evo or ipod touch

  • I purchased the first generation iPod nano years ago, and I still have it in my possession even though it's not getting much used as of late. My iPod nano retired once I bought an iPhone. I find that the iPod integration in the iPhone suits my music needs since from the first generation all the way to the current iPhone 4 that I own. This new nano doesn't appeal to me for that very reason. But, I do believe that this version of the nano is superior to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation.

  • bill nye the science guy

  • the cameras isnt that great on the old nano but it does come in handy

  • I want to sink it into the center of my steering wheel because i only listen to music in my truck.

  • i have every ipod nano...i am interested but the lack of the camera is going to be a problem...i think they should drop the price another 30 bucks tho

  • you got issues against the ipod series, do you?

oh, and talking about other mobile stuff, what do you think of the samsung Bada 'platform'?

  • advertisement.... : /

  • There's no more video playing too. It's a shuffle with a screen. And FM.

  • my got 2 news one

  • I haven't ever have a iPod.

but this looks really nice ... I would buy it.

  • I have the 3rd generation iPod nano and I love it. But I'm not so sure about this new iPod nano. I mean it looks cool in all but it just seems like the seris is repeating itself!

  • I have a SanDisk Sansa Clip+ (similar to the iPod Shuffle). Doesn't need a dedicated manager like iTunes, plays .flac files, can change track WITHOUT having to stop and look and has upgradeable storage. The iPod Nano may have album art but who seriously stops to check out the album art of every track. Plus it doesn't have the Apple price tag.

  • I have a SanDisk Sansa Clip+ (very similar to iPod Shuffle). No iTunes or dedicated manager, plays flac, can change track WITHOUT having to stop and look, and has upgradeable memory. The only thing this has over that is album art, but has a ridiculously higher price tag.

  • stop eating candy!

  • It doesn't make sense that Apple calls it an iPod "Nano" when their iPod Shuffle is much smaller.
