hey just quickly might want to check your fish for mites or fungus from the gravel. i noticed a few of them scratching their scales it could also be the PH make sure its around 7 or the fish tank will crash. been raring fish for about 20 odd years so just saying. pretty sweet setup by the way im about to set mine up in a week with a 4 foot tank.
@pocketmonkey101 I think the answer is yes to your question there is a stand pipe in the bell siphon and connected to the external pipe that leads to the aquarium. If this doesn't answer your question feel free to check out one of the later videos.
I know one thing, hate to be the fish! Hear the air bubbles all the time.

My bell siphon stops too soon, leaving more than half the water still in the grow bed, any ideas?

@Sonovox01 you put the holes on the cover piece up to high
The height of those holes is where the air enters and stops the cycle

Nice use of the Bell Siphon. I haven't used one in any of my systems YET but I understand how it works. Thanks for the video.
