  • Well done dude. No-xplode is poison by the way, it made me dizzy and gave me palpitations, wouldn't go near it. My pre workout is now natural coconut water some whey. Perfect.

  • I am about to strat p90x + running early mornings when it fresh outside no traffic gases and stuff like this+promax dieat shakes for the month+maxi-efa for the month, later each and every day promax protein one shake a day to keep it always up, eat only fruits yourgurts, tuna, some meat like steak, turket, chicken, a bit of tune sometimes, vegetables etc, am i got good idea lol?

  • looks like nothings changed and why didnt you post a video of you training so we can get an idea of what you been doing cuz right now it looks like you didnt bother putting off the cheese burgers.

    i'd sat 1,000 calories a day nothing more and the workouts and in those 90 days you'll be hitting 160lbs no problem.

  • o, and no-xplode is for like hardcore athletes. you have to be doing a hard workout to burn all that stuff off.

  • Hey man good work.. If you like N.O and you like the extra energy it gives you during your workout and you feel like changing it up. Try some superpump 250... Thats my fav stuff although your body gets use to all of those preworkout drinks over time. Its good to do cycles or what not if you like those types of drinks.. Some do others dont. Its got all the good stuff you need before your workouts too.. Just an Idea if you wanna change it up... Good videos and BRING IT!!!

  • NO-Xplode is a good pre-workout supplement. I DO NOT suggest it to anyone trying to lose weight. The creatine will make you gain weight.

  • Have you seen my P90X race car? It's in my Week 4 Summary vid. Even if you aren't a Nascar fan, you gotta love the car.

  • Way to go man!! Makes me all the more motivated to keep going now!  I'm only on week 4 myself but things are feeling great so far, keep it up dude, I'm glad it's working for ya!

  • It all depends on your fitness level and what your goals are. If you are looking to just get toned, 25 would be ok to start, but if you are looking to build muscle, you'll probably need more. When you start watching the videos, you'll hear Tony say that for muscle building you want to feel the burn from 8 to 10 reps, and 12 to 15 for toning. Just be sure to take it easy the first week and gauge if you need more weights after that.

  • Actually, Im not using the nutrition plan because of my travel and even when Im at home, I just dont have time to prep meals and stuff. I don't use the million dollar website, but have nothing against it.. I just havent checked it out. I should though. How are you liking P90X so far??

  • Ihave to say keep up the good work. I do not use P90x myself; but I get to the gym 5-7 days a week. I have a ton of weight 290 was my start 5mos later I'm at 208. My arms have gone from 14 inches with the flab pulled up to 16.5 inches solid. Supplements are a key to good results. 1-2grams of protein per lb of weight. I also recomend using a good multi.

  • No... :P No poses until day 90! ;) My legs actually are showing some gains. As far as eating goes, since Im on the road again, Im just trying to make healthy choices at the restaurants. Not easy.... but Im doing it. ;)

  • Thanks! You will LOVE P90X! I do... it doesnt get boring! I've lost about 20 pounds BUT... I wouldnt really use weight as a good gauge since while doing P90X you'll be packing on some serious muscle. Gauge yourself by how your clothes fit. ;) Keep me posted on how you do when you start P90X!!!

  • I had the same experience with an NO product. A friend of mine swears by it, so I gave it a try. It makes me queazy and light headed. I was able to lift a little more and do a few more reps, but it wasn't worth the overall shit feeling I got from it.

  • Thanx dave for the vid ,I am going into my 4th week (recovery) and was feeling frustrated with the progress although the scale says I lost 10lbs I was hoping to see more results in the gut,but I new I would find incouragement watching your vid as always.   • Thank You! Dont worry too much about the scale. You are most likely building muscle which will offset your weight "loss" . The best way to gauge your progress is to try on some old tighter fitting clothes. Just keep bringin it man! You WILL get there!

You are following through with a challenge you started two and half months ago and you're a huge inspiration for the rest of us who start a program like this with the best of intentions.   • I used Ultimate Orange back in the day when it was packed full of healthy doses of ephedra. I used to bounce off the wall with that shit. I don't know much about the new formula.

    I think I'll post a video of my supplements. If you want a real kick in the ass take Ragnarok pre-workout. I took NO Xplode a few times. Nice rush but nothing compared to the Rag.

  • Since i stopped taking my supplements as of today i have lost over 30lb. My point is is is that you should probly try to eat about 1600 calories a day or less!!! Being the size you are you will see probley faster weight loss than i did because i started out at around 200lbs and this morning i weighted 168lbs.

  • I have to disagree with that calorie count of 1600 or less. I started at 260 pounds and now I weigh 185 and not once during this transformation did my calories ever drop below 2200 per day. As with any fitness program you HAVE to eat properly to lose weight and keep it off for good. What happens when the calories get too low is that the body stops using fat for energy and digs into muscle. With less muscle to burn fat, you get fatter. Thinner and lighter, perhaps, but body fat will increase.

  • dude i know where your coming from. I two have a weight problem. When i first started working out in october through december. I gained a lot of muscle but lost almost no fat because you have to take in concideration the calories you take in with the protein mixes and supplements and everything. You probly havent lost your gut is because of those extra calories from those supplements.

  • yeah man, My protein has replaced breakfast and I'll use protein bars as a snack. The calories from the supplements are not whats slowing my gut down, trust me. ;)

  • I am right there with you on the body felling stuff.Before I lost the weight my elbows would brush against my hips.Now,with the love handles gone (thanks to life in the X)I have to force my elbows into my sides.

    Your pics look eXcellent!P90X does not change just your body but your mind too.I am thinking about doing a P90X/+ marathon.I call it P90X-athon. Imagine doing P90X all day long with only short breaks between each DVD. It is a crazy undertaking but I am going to work toward that goal.

    Okay N.O. Explode is great BUT, watch any creatine, it gives you a faulse sense of strength, plus it will make you put on water weight. Save your money and get your energy from food. I am on cycle 2 and never used supplements. Supplements help but it is for short term use mainly.

  • Dude, I found your videos just to see some real life progress. I know it is hard to see for your self but I have watched the before, middle and now this one. You have made a lot of progress. I am thinking about doing this program myself. I'm in the military and just want to try something new. Watching this lets me know that I should just do the P90X thing. I think the hardest thing for me will be the diet.
