Gathering all the Pokemon sounds that I remember as a kid that only showed up once or twice in total. Like Growlithe's, Marill's Vulpix's, Slowpoke's, and Haunter's. Think of the back of your throat reaching sky high in your head, think high in your soft palate and the roof of your mouth to close it off in that spot. That's where the placement of your voice should be. High and somewhat nasally. Use a lot of air while doing all of this to do Mew. If this makes any sense, let me know. ;)
