@BRETZERR yes gave me back what the run took out of me, yeah around 5 to 10 pounds only because i did 425 455 very very easy, just was slightly dehydrated all the elbows were was a confidence booster, put 485 on their to start with then changed it lol
@0bigtony0 thanks i will know do higher reps and get back into more a endurance shape have NTC in california coming up gonna drop around 10 pounds of fat next couple weeks do cardio and super sets and more suer sets no rest!!
@HHH396 thanks had a division run 4 miles so figured i would break out the good ole elbow wraps to play it safe bro, their not real tite so maybe add 10 pounds at most couldve did 490 fresh if i hadnt had to run but, im in the army and do what im told its all about teamwork not yourself in the army 17 years 3 time combat veteran, but two years i retire so it will be about myself then cant wait to lift the gym and get massive when i retire.......
