  • there was a song during the summer of 83....similar 2 this but she keeps sayin....i will never love this way never love this way againnnn.....kinda upbeat tempo but kinda sad cause she heartbroken....used 2 be da jam....they played it alot around newyork city....

  • Brandi Wells was born in Darby, PA and raised in Chester, PA; two cities outside/suburban Philadelphia. Unfortunately she passed on in 2003. She'll be forever missed, great lady she was.

  • agree with freshinit! reminds me when music had soul and deepth and memorys of people that was around me back then i was only 7 then but i was turned on to music very early and all we played was street funk and soul we were the blackest white family in london lol we had friends at the americain air base so we got all the tight jams! we should of frozze in time back in the 80s best times ever! full of magic.........................­..

  • Yo the Bronx that summer was great! I remember hearing this on WBLS in the Park in the Bronx. greta tune!!! Also heard it in Philly as well!

  • Yes, a great song....played on WDAS in Philly.....sadly by 1984 this style of classy R&B was being phased out.
