And if anything, it ain't like they have the same lyrics, just similar sound in music. Oh and if you ask me, I don't see how Emmure copied The Acacia Strain because "...And Life Is Very Long" from TAS sounded completely different then they do now, and by different I mean not one big long breakdown and a bit more complexity in the music.
